Served the purpose of being very close to the airport and with a bar and restaurant. We could not get the heating up high enough. |

Very short of staff.... I rang reception to get someone to help with my suitcases (I had two large suitcases and hand baggage), there was no one available to help. I had to go to reception to get a trolley and struggle to push it back to reception to check out!!! (I have back trouble!) |

the room and all the facilities & the porter who came & found us when we couldn't find our room. we asked for an early morning alarm call and didn't receive it, someone from home phoned us to make sure we were up to catch our flight to go on our honeymoon...could have been a disaster |

Helpful staff. Good access to public areas. Very pleasant. Welcoming. Very clean and light rooms. Noon check-out. Would go again anytime. Couldn't find record of my booking (so initially no room) but I showed paper print out and very quickly got allocated a room. |

The friendly and courteous staff were very helpful with one exception and the minibus lift to terminal and the use of car park were a bonus. The young man working in the bar and serving tables was sullen and non communicative when serving tables. He was in good humour with the barmaid ! |

the hotel was well situatet for the airport and the transfer bus welcome. the staff all proffessional and friendly and the food at the bar of good quality and reasonably oriced. |

Large rooms with lots of space. Only one set of towels were provided though there were 2 adults and 1 child staying in the room. The person at the reception did not appear to be aware of the details of my booking and tried to charge for 2 deluxe double rooms - the booking was for 1 deluxe double room and 1 single room. |

La proximité de l'aéroport et la navette mise à disposition pour les clients, le Taximan de la navette super sympa, le confort de la chambre... Le personnel masculin sympa mais le personnel féminin tirait carrément la tronche (sauf une serveuse du restaurant), la salle de bains trop étroite... |
