Very close from airport and very comfortable rooms.

Food in the restaurant is an extremely poor quality. Staff is gloomy as well. Don't ask for a fish and chips, I got the worst of my life, a ridiculous piece of fish as big as a slice of tomato.

Helpful staff, comfortable room, very clean and good amenities. Location to airport very convenient!

Very close proximity to the airport and car rental services. Not far from the City center.

Car park tokens run out after around 6 hours and have to be renewed at the reception. Annoying if you're in the car and stopped at the toll barrier and have to go back to reception.

There was no lift and no porter available to carry my bags down stairs on departure.

The food was good.

We were there for a Staff Xmas Party Night. I had booked 5 rooms The Reception staff did not appear to understand/properly trained on their booking system. Our check in took around 15 minutes and our check out even longer. One of our guests was not allowed to check out as the receptionist didi not believe that their room had already been paid for. I had to go to the reception with my receipt before they could leave. The function suite was poorly lit during the meal and lacked atmosphere. I would not recommend for Xmas function again.

Proximity to the airport and complimentary minibus to transport me there as I had an early flight.I will use the hotel again.

There was no lift which is surprising these days.

We liked that it was close to the airport and we were ferried there at 4.30am in just minutes

The room was very cold in fact during the evening my husband and I wore our coats in the room.

Car park barrier was broken so free parking. That's all I liked.

Overpriced £180 for an awful room. Grouting around bath all black, completely overpriced. Out dated. Had its day. Tired. Miserable. Would have no custom if Aberdeen wasn't always stuck for hotel rooms. Staff were passable but forgettable. Will not be staying again. Room should have had a £50 price tag. Everything was average apart from the exceptional price tag due.

Convenient for travelling

We attended a wedding at the Thistle and would highly recommended the hotel as excellent staff and bedrooms were very comfortable

I only have one small complaint I would have taken breakfast but found it too steep as I only have toast and an egg in the morning and would like there to have been individual prices Regards M Mcewan

Staff were friendly. However, they were also equally hopeless at meeting my needs / concerns.

Arriving late, due to a weather delayed flight, I phoned the hotel to ask for directions to the hotel (it was not visible from the terminal building) and the staff member was unable to provide these, despite me asking whether they were near the petrol station (they are opposite it!). Also, the hotel shuttle was not available and a taxi sent never arrived. On arriving, after arranging our own transport, we were given room 096. The entire far wall of the room was covered in mould. Given that it was already midnight and I had 3 small children in tow who were ready for bed I covered the wall and held the curtain in place with the standard lamp to minimise the impact of the mould. I raised the issue at chechout the following morning. Staff then feigned to be unaware of the mould issue - which I find highly unbelievable given that that much mould does not appear overnight and we noticed it within 5 minutes. I thought this hotel was uninhabitable and not only will I not be returning, but I was so horrified that I have reported the hotel to the environmental health officer.

Poor Food....Staff double charged, which was later refunded. Not very smooth.

We stayed at the hotel the night before we flew off on holiday and found the services excellent. Staff were friendly and got the use of the courtest bus to take us to airport in the morning and on our return
