Large rooms with lots of space. Only one set of towels were provided though there were 2 adults and 1 child staying in the room. The person at the reception did not appear to be aware of the details of my booking and tried to charge for 2 deluxe double rooms - the booking was for 1 deluxe double room and 1 single room. |

Quality of bedding large sreen TV.I was alo upgraded. No real complaints very happy with stay was aware that I was paying a higher rate than other people on company bookings. As I pay for the hotel myself I can't afford to stay at peak times. |

This hotel is very easy to find from Dyce Airport and there was no problem with aircraft noise There was a discoloured headboard on bed (it needed deep cleaning or replacing). The staff on reception were fine, but the staff in the restaurant at breakfast seemed fairly miserable. And most hotels give you a pot of tea or coffee. It's not particularly convenient to have to call someone over when you want your cup refilled. |

Efficiency and service Lack of top sheet on bed - a local custom, but to have only the option of a heavy coverlet at night is not comfortable |

The Craighaar is situated within easy reach of both Aberdeen Airport and Aberdeen City. Big enough to matter; small enough to care. |
Set in Dyce, on the outskirts of Aberdeen, this welcoming and modern-style hotel presents itself as the ideal base from which to explore The Royal Deeside and the Scottish Highlands. |
Close to the city's international airport, business centres and bustling shopping malls, this modern hotel offers popular leisure facilities. |
Boasting breathtaking views of the Highlands and Balmoral, this modern hotel is ideally located just south of Aberdeen, within easy access to the city centre. |
