The hotel provides a small, complimentry car park at the rear of the premises. Spaces are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

By Car
From the motorway:
- Follow signs for the city centre and Union Street
- Halfway down the main thorughfare, turn left into Union Terrace and the hotel is on the left after approximately 100 yards.
- The car park is situated at the rear of the hotel on Diamond Street.

From Aberdeen Airport:
- Follow the A92 Dundee/Perth road, and at the roundabout, exit for the B9119/city centre.
- Continue into the city centre, and Union Terrace is located halfway down Union Street, the main thoroughfare.

From Aberdeen bus and rail stations (5 minute walk):
Turn left after exiting the station and follow the road to the right. Proceed up Bridge Street to the traffic lights. Cross to the other side of the road and the hotel is situated 100 yards along Union Terrace, on the left.

Refurbishment Notice:
Phase 2 of a multi-million-pound renovation begins in January 2009. This will affect the hotel foyer, public areas and reception.

Due to ongoing maintenance works, there is still a restriction on hotel parking. Limited free parking is provided on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.

Group Bookings:
Any bookings of 10 or more rooms will be subject to a group contract from the hotel, which will enforce a 7-day cancellation policy.
