Friendly, not over bearing, well trained staff, Executive room was comfortable but not luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good sized flat screen TV in the room. The style of the dining room was interesting and nicely laid out.

Bathroom was function able but quite ordinary and could do with smartening up. This Executive room had a small window which made the room dark. The only dinner we had was a little disappointing; we have enjoyed better meals and facilities in other Handpicked hotels.

At the reduced rate it was good value. The steak dinner was particularly good.

The English Breakfast was disappointing. Seemed dry and like it had been cooked and then kept warm for too long.

Very comfortable without being pretentious. The Wedding location in the marquee was amazing and decor fantastic at a very reasonable price. Great location right on the outskirts of Basingstoke with beautiful gardens.

Breakfast - it was a wedding buffet and we were stragglers @ 9.30am. I guess everything just got cold. Shouldn't put you off as everything else was very good.

They ran out of beef stake and the prices were outrageous for the place it was.it was noisy from wedding and pied piper playing.

Location

The poor command of the English language by staff. Excessive prices charged for your drinks which was reflected in many members of our club not purchasing, or resenting the purchase after placing the order.

Very helpful staff who upgraded us for free when on arrival we discovered that booking.com had failed pass on the bookings for 2 of the 3 booked. Lovely room, decor, clean and well equipped. Restaurant food was top quality as was breakfast though some of the serving staff were quite confused bringing the wrong thing several times; minor glitch.

We are a couple in our mid-fifties.The staff were friendly, polite and attentive to our needs during our stay. The hotel room was immaculate. Very clean, modern but stylish and well equipt. We would happily recommend the hotel to prospective customers

The location and the attention to detail. The staff are friendly the food is good. Audley Wood is my favorite hotel is the area.

Super environnement et super petit dej.

The staff were very friendly and very attentive. On arrival they were very effiecient and the check-in time was super quick. Dinner was superb and the staf were knowledgable about the food on the menu.

We had to wait a long time to be seated for breakfast. The hotel was busy but the staff appeared to be confused with their duties and struggled to multi task and have tables cleared so that waiting guests could be seated. I also noticed that a small number of guests complained about the waiting time for the breakfast that they ordered.
