The staff responded to a comment of mine during my previous visit, namely stocking the bar with Campari. Furthermore, the restaurant staff were extremely good.l Limited access to balcony during refurbishment |

There was no bad points with staying at this hotel, we arrived late evening and were dealt with swiftly yet professionally. Our room was a decent size, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean which is a must, Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. |

the relaxation of being in the hotel, and the convenience to all local amenities: city centre, sea life centre restaurants, everything! we were not told there was an evening event on at the hotel, and it prevented us from getting to the bar and the smoking area without buying a ticket, so we felt restricted in a place that we were paying to stay at and use its facilities, however, this did not stop us from enjoying our stay |

We had a very nice stay, staff very helpful. Excellent Breakfast.Rooms are in need of up-grade as are looking a little tired. |

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable value if one purchased vouchers beforehand. Bar area was pleasant. Our room was small, clean but decor was shabby and traffic noise could be easily heard. Bathroom facilities were not up to 4-star standard e.g. no separate shower. |

The hotel was very central for everything, but still nice and quiet. The rooms were very clean, decor nice and having a car park so close was great. Did not try breakfast or see the bar. Just would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in room |
