There wasn't much I didn't like
room is tidy， staff is kind，breakfast is good，and facilities in the room are very complete for use
Location is a little bit far from the city centre
Having coffee & tea making facility in room
Room was warm Food was excellent
Our visit was good, checked in quickly and our room was nice and cosy. There is free wife however it would not work for my girlfriend or myself, never the less it was a nice stay and the breakfast in the morning was very tasty!
The wifi wasnt working for us although it said we was connected
Great location with nearby free parking. Great hotel staff that went above and beyond throughout my stay . very comfy beds but lightening can be a bit better especially being girls.
Location. Not far from snow hill station. Lobby quite nice with comfortable sofas to sit in whilst waiting for a taxi.
Checking in I noticed a piece of paper with guests' details on the desk shelf including room numbers, email addresses, how they booked and whether they had checked in yet. I was then questioned by a member of staff asking us where we were going just because we mentioned maybe going to the bar. I was greeted big ugly unpleasant stains in the room. The bed was small. The room was small and a weird shape.
Richard at reception was the most helpful member of staff
We were told food was available until 11 pm so we rushed there for 10:45 and we were told on the desk it was still available from the normal menu, but when we arrived back at the room and called down they were only serving the after 11pm menu. Our visit was valentines day and there was a terrible confusion about card payments.
Excellent bed very comfy helpful staff not much to moan at
Staff very helpful. Wifi good
Room was a bit cold-warmed up eventually with air con on but bathroom had no heater so was freezing. Car park was very expensive despite being 50%off!
Value for money
Good location and good value for money.
Bathroom needed a little up dating.
Short walk to the station, room was well appointed and the service excellent. I had a very good meal in their restaurant
the room was clean, breakfast was great.
the cost of parking
The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, room was really comfy and for once we were able to get right temperature, bed was one of the most comfortable we have found in a hotel, we had a 6th floor room which was peaceful and had great views. Will definately stay again.
Couldnt really fault anything at this hotel.
Room was a little cold
Comfy Bed, great Breakfast, friendly staff
Great value for money for a city centre location. Room was spacious, bed was comfy, breakfast was great, really good choice. Get a 50% discount on parking at the local NCP so costs £12. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Our shower kept going really hot just for a few seconds and then would go back to normal so had to keep stepping out from under it. TV guide button didn't work on the remote.
There was nothing outstanding about this hotel
On a very busy road, room was tiny, though clean. Bed not so comfy and the parking expensive and particularly poor for sign posting to hotel.
Dinner menu.at 50% off.
Cold cooked breakfast, both mornings. Even though we came down 30 mins within in time slot. No nice fresh bread. When I asked for some I was told it was frozen and would take 25 mins to thaw.
Value for money, friendly, clean, comfy, and an amazing stella whirlwind in the bar. Will recomend. Cheaper than the cheap option which is around the corner, and with a lovely full breakfast. Short walk to the shops and museum. Adjacent to NCP car park and half price parking. Queensway did not make any noise.
The offer in Monytys on food and the service, very attenyive
On the the third night different room the iron didn't work and despite asking for another one it never arrived.
