Excellent Value. The hotel is soptlessly clean and my room was adequate size as a single but very comfortable. I perhaps had a favourable rate, but at what I paid, you wouldn't get a better deal in Birmingham |

Very friendly and efficient reception staff and a lovely big twin room which was more than adequate for us. Beautiful bathroom. Friendly Bar. Great location and bus stop right outside the door. Parking facility very useful. The Reception area could be a little brighter/more vibrant and welcoming. |

it was clean, value for money and a brilliant place to stay just outside the city centre so you dont have to pay an stupid rate for parking. Second time we have stayed there now do not disturb sign was shown and got disturbed 3 times, breakfast is priced at £16.95, movies didnt work in the room phoned down and still waiting for a call back, but apart from that it is a pleasent hotel and stayed there before |

Excellent value for money! Small double room but well thought out and enough room for two. Decorated very well. Excellent breakfast. Car park on site. About 20 mins walk from Broad Street / NIA or £5-£6 in a cab. Good pub opposite with a vast food menu. Highly recommend and would stay again when visiting Birmingham. |

We hoped for a clean and tidy hotel, We got it !! The staff were equally helpfull and friendly. The dining/breakfast room well presented. Breakfast was quite impressive with a good choice selection. Could do without the smokers polluting the frontage. |

Very pleasant and efficient staff.Good breakfast and evening meal.Buses to centre of town leave from busstop immediately in front of the hotel.Very good value for money Sound travelled-woken up a few times by people in the corridor.Rooms are small.(although you can upgrade for £20 a night) |

the room although compact was clean and well presented, Friendly staff, Breakfasts were very good. Reasonably priced secure parking. we stayed for three days and had evening meals on all 3 days however one meal was very disappointing we complained and this was rectified the next night with a replacement meal. |

The fact that all the rooms were to a high level of cleanliness, the staff were helpful and that you could order a big bus to take all our friends into the town. The food in the morning was not very nice. |
