I did not get clear information about breakfast time which of course meant I had no breakfast the next morning. I was not too pleased with that. |

The staff were friendly and breakfast was fine. The hotel was very warm, even though the weather wasn't that hot - there seemed to be no air-flow. |

Comfortable bed and good room ambience. No natural light or ventilation. Room was slightly small and had hollow walls. |

The convienience of being able to park and leave my car there the day after as well. The call system was set incorrectly and rang repeatedly at the wrong time; getting me out of the bath 3 times before I was able to get to the phone whilst it was still ringing. |

clean, courteous staff rooms very very stuffy. there is no air conditioning. windows did not open much making the room extremely hot. halogen lights everywhere made the things worse. I had to stay in the room with lights off all the time. Room had an odd shape, and there was no place to move around. hotel should consider using a flat screen instead putting a bulky tv on a round table |

The hotel was easily accessible by road, and car parking was easy. The hotel has a slightly tired, and used ,feel about it. |

Key cards to access the floors and bedrooms - very unreliable; had to go back to reception several times to try and resolve the situation which included moving me to a different room. Bedroom was a bit cramped due to the odd shape of the room. Being an "inner" room it meant there was no view other than the grey walls & windows of rooms on the opposite side of the "drum". |

I knew that the single rooms were small but that they were fitted out very nicely. The hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful and check in was excellent! I don't like to have to pay additional charges for parking in hotel car parks, I don't think that's fair. I don't understand why hotels have to charge so much for wireless internet connections. I stayed in London before I arrived at the Strathallan and this hotel had free internet connection. |

The service was particulary good and the food was good quality and well presented. My husband has limited mobility and the staff were all extremely helpful. Our room was very hot at night which meant we had to have the window open and being on the side that faces onto Hagley Road meant we had little sleep because of the traffic noise. Air conditioning would be great. |

Staff were helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Room clean and tidy.Close to city centre. Nice clean Hotel. Bar staff very welcoming.Parking onsite was not overly expensive. I would be happy to stay at this hotel in the future. Room was very small, but suitable for single traveller. Road noise was loud but soon got used to it so didnt cause a big problem. |

lift wasnt working properly and food and drink were expensive. However room was really nice decorated, clean, perfect for a weekend base, dont expect a lie in as other rooms door slam loudly! Better than an IBIS. We did get a phone call from the hotel about 2 weeks before our stay asking us if we wanted to cancel our room as there would be power cut at 9AM the next day. |
