The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Building beautiful and re-decorated tastefully. Location excellent, although on a busy road we were fortunate to be in a room towards the back so didn't hear any road noise. Air-conditioning unit in our room was very noisy. Hairdryer didn't work, however a replacement was delivered very quickly once reception informed.

The location was wonderful, just down the street from the British Museum. The room was small but clean. Bathroom was roomy and attractive, with bath and shower. We didn't try the food because they had strict times of opening and closing the restaurant. We thought it was very cheap that they charged for wireless, but this turns out to be common practice in London.

We were in London to celebrate a friends' birthday and just wanted an overnight stay in a hotel close to Covent Garden. This was the best priced hotel as most hotels had almost doubled their prices due to the London Marathon event that weekend. I was impressed that we got a 4 star hotel for that price, even though breakfast was not included, but could be obtained separately. We had booked a deluxe twin room. We were impressed from the start as the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I had requested a room on the top floor which was quiet and we got exactly what i had asked for, with a view of the BT tower too. The room was spotless and the decor fresh and new and modern. the en-suite bathroom was lovely and modern too. Although it was a deluxe twin room, it was quite small, and did feel a little claustrophobic. It was a twin bedded room but the beds are actually right next to each other. Bar prices a little pricey.....a vodka and coke and a vodka lime and soda was £13.50.

Modern, trendy hotel in the heart of town. I had lukewarm showers for 3 days, none of the taps in the bathroom worked properly, the shower leaked and the room was noisy from inside (drunks in the hallways) and out (24x7 traffic).

Absolutely aghast that you could have the nerve to offer room 027 as a room to anyone!!!! I would not let my dog sleep in there. It was in the basement, with a window the size of a postage stamp, looking at a view of a brick wall for £228 a night. Disgusting. Never again will I stay in your "hotel" - nor will any of my business friends. I do hope there is an Ombudsman for hoteliers, as if there is, I will be reporting you to them! Warning to all - do not stay here!!!!!!!

loved everything, staff exceptionally helpful, suite was modern clean and luxurious. Location was in walking distance from Euston train station and round the corner from convent garden. Have stayed in London a few times now and this was by far our favourite and will stay here again.

We thought the hotel was very stylish, with attractive decor throughout - lounge, dining room and bedrooms - following the refurbishment. All the staff were most helpful and friendly. Altogether an extremely pleasant hotel and in an easy location for getting around. We will definitely consider the Kingsley when visiting London again.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They had luggage storage which is useful, as you can check in early and leave your bags before a room is even ready. Extremely noisy - it was impossible to shut the room doors quietly and so we could hear everyone coming and going. The bathroom was extremely cold. Although it said that that bathrobes were in rooms, you had to actually go to reception and ask for them. I was also concerned by the amount of fire doors propped open on the landings!

We managed to get a special price of £92 for a one night stay at the hotel which for this area 5 minutes from theatre land is very good. From the moment we checked in to the time we left our stay was a real pleasure. The staff were all professional and friendly. Our room was immaculate with excellent facilities and modern shower. We shall definitely stay again the next time we go to the theatre.

Extra charging just for the usage of WI-FI is quite questionable in relation to the price of the room.

- executive rooms are much larger than the standard ones - friendly, customer oriented staff - perfect location, many points of interest are at walking distance - we found deluxe twin rooms far too small; I was told this is the standard dimension for a central urban hotel in the UK (I cannot say, as was our 1st time in the UK) - I would have expected a nice guy would bring our luggage to our rooms at our arrival, but it was not the case - a small gym could be a plus

Location is great, rooms are comfy, everything is nice and clean - Safe stopped working, had to wait till 2 in the morning for staff to open it - my credit card that i used only to confirm booking was already charged when i arrived, and they couldnt reverse the transaction - the guy at the bur is slower than a snail, takes 10 minutes in an empty bar for him to make mojito - breakfast for the 4 of us costed 68 GBP, and it was not worth 20 GBP in my oppinion
