Nothing it was terrrible

Everything, room wasn't clean, had executive double room, not good, staff unfriendly, was accused of smoking in room & threatened by staff memeber, taking this to lawyer.

The restaurant. I found a long dark hair in my soup! It was the worst experience you can imagine. It made me feel quite ill. The waiter said "sorry, I will not charge for the soup" I was upset that when I left the restaurant after paying the bill, noone apologised again but just took the money and said goodby. There were three others in the restaurant at the same time!

Loved the location. Very close to Covent Garden, Soho & China town. Walking distance of many London attractions and close to tube links. Room was very comfortable and clean. Check in staff very friendly. Happy to store our luggage on our last day after checking out until we were leaving London. Loved the later checkout time of 12 noon so didnt have to rush our last morning.

Even though we got a discounted rate still thought £300 expensive for 2 nights, especially as this didnt include breakfast. Breakfast price of £12 per person in restaurant or £16.95 per person for room service way to expensive when you can get a wonderful breakfast literally around the corner for £5.00!!!

Really clean, lovely decor and furnishing. Comfortable bed, good shower. Plenty of info about the hotel and locality. Staff approachable and helpful. Good breakfast.

Myself and my wife went to see a west end show on the saturday and therefore the location of the hotel was ideal. The staff were excellent and the hotel itself very comfortable. Would definately stay again.

The staff were particularly helpful, especially Jonathan on nights, who coped so well with a troublesome computer. The room was clean, spacious and quiet and I had a really good time. I woudl certainly look at re- booking for my next trip to London

Location is great, rooms are comfy, everything is nice and clean

- Safe stopped working, had to wait till 2 in the morning for staff to open it - my credit card that i used only to confirm booking was already charged when i arrived, and they couldnt reverse the transaction - the guy at the bur is slower than a snail, takes 10 minutes in an empty bar for him to make mojito - breakfast for the 4 of us costed 68 GBP, and it was not worth 20 GBP in my oppinion

Good location for my needs, warm and friendly

Minor complaint - tv kept shuttng down afetr 5 minutes, fortunately I did not use it much. I wouldn't consider this to be a deluxe room, maybe my expectations are too high but compared with many hotels I've stayed in around the world, this was a pretty standard room described as Deluxe.

There was no complimentary hot chocolate would be the only fault (even though it is slightly tongue in cheek and minor)

NIce hotel, clean, tidy and modern. The night we stayed there was a big Christmas party being held in the main restaurant, but we weren't disturbed by it at all. Nice bar, although drinks are a bit pricy (but it's central London, to be expected). Overall, very nice hotel!

Great location, friendly and approachable staff, spacious, clean and welcoming room and big bathroom. Great value for money. Will definitely use it again.

The hotel has a great location near the center and the room was very clean.

I didn't like the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room, and no free internet and breakfast.
