Loved the close location to the race track. Staff were excellent at directing us to the bar to eat rather than wait for later service in the restaurant. Room was as needed, comfortable and quiet allowing a good nights rest. Breakfast was worth the additional cost on top of the room only rate. Bar was great, would have liked more lounge seating to relax on following our dinner.

I arrived on the 29th of march and was allocated room 242, at 4 am in the morning Traffice outside my window was terrible. Not the staff or Hotel fault but the racing circuit. Being as I was coming back on the 31st for 2 days I requested they make sure I was well away from the traffic as I was staying 2nights. However this must have upset them as they put me on the Ground Floor next to the car Park in room 105.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. I live in Spain on the Costa Blanca .The room heating was by air and was (for me) inadequate. Could not find any instructions on how to operate the controls.

The pool facilities were extremely good. It would have been nice to have a bit more choice on the menu in the restaurant and I also think the breakfast should be included in price of room, as it was very expensive with little option to go elsewhere as not very close to any other amenities.

We parked the car in the hotel car park for 3 days and walked in and out of thecircuit plus the 40 th anniversary dinner for the formula ford festival which was just inside the gate some of the better rooms have a view of clearways and the start finish straight it was great to get a couple of pints in the kentagon behind paddock hill bend and not have to worry about drink driving. Excellent facilities, friendly staff, free carparking an advantage especially as we specifically booked hotel for proximity to Brands Hatch race circuit for British Superbikes. Would stay again, maybe for a few more days next time to take advantage of leisure facilities Bed very hard No pen to fill in the breakfast menu - only very minor points

Very clean and Lovely friendly staff . Fairly close to ebsfleet international it took about 15 mins. We stayed just one night as we were travelling to Paris early morning. I would definitely use this hotel again. We ordered food to our room which came quite quickly little pricey but was fresh and tasty so we didn't mind ! Lol
