Good location, beach to front, shops behind. Pool. Only the rooms facing outwards have been refurbished, a room overlooking the atrium are very old fashioned, with terrible bathroom. |

The concierge Amil? was extremely helpful & recommnded an excellent restaurant nearby. Lack of onsite parking & not being able to reserve this when booking accommodation. |

We requested a quiet room and the receptionist did just that by giving us a room furthest away from the lift. Nabil the consierge was extremely helpful and kindly sorted out car parking and was very good with my children, giving one of them a lift to our room on his trolley! |

nice sea view It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning didn't work in the room, an old stand alone unit was provided but it worked by blowing air out over ice making it noisy and ineffective. The bathroom was boiling, the staff were slow to assist |

Our children loved the hotel especially the pool. Also the location was excellent with good access to the beach and attractions and activities. Good selection of restaurants available if you didn't want to eat in the hotel. The hotel breakfast was excellent. |

staff were very good, room was reasonable size, great location and yes we could see the sea! outside of hotel is poor, although room was ok it needs some renovation. Breakfast was not included and at £15 per person this did not seem good value for money. |

The sound on the TV was broken, the shower was cold on the Sunday morning, the rooms were not sound proof at all so we were disturb and woken and the carpark has minimal parking so we had to pay £25 elsewhere and walk a mile with a heavy bag to the hotel |

The professional welcome we received when we arrived. The facilities and the location of the hotel were excellent. We were upgraded to a sea view which was a lovely surprise. |

would never go back,no heating windows screwed together (could not open)room in a very run down state,cups where dirty,damp on the ceiling,fire alarms going off at 5.20 am and 6.00 am,not worth £170 per night,a big let down as i tokk the wife away for valantines.!!!4 star i dont think so!!! |
