Que estaba en primera linea de playa, el desayuno y que está todo practicamente nuevo con habitaciones amplias y camas enormes!

No ví el SPA por ningún lado y me dijeron que tenía SPA y Jacuzzi, no lo entendí.....

It's location is superb, with the lanes and the pier within a short walking distance

Beware if you book an interior room, you will actually be booking a Sauna. The air conditioning was set at 5 degrees and couldn't cope. The room temperature was up around 22 degrees. What it's like in summer would be anyones guess.

The porter was really great and helped with all including tourist advice

Overpriced, room was expensive but frankly not much better than a budget hotel except for balcony, but the balcony doors didn't shut so well, lounge was quite messy when we arrived later in the evening for a drink

The hotel car parking was excellent and the reason the hotel was selected. Iron & Board in room. The location and access to "The Lanes" and city center are excellent. The room view was outstanding. The staff at reception were outstanding, friendly, helpful and took time to explain with maps of the places to visit, well done.

The Delux Room appeared dates like 1970's needs to be . The room fridge was empty and carried no stock. The restaurant layout was very basic, more like a coffee shop of corner cafe. Needs better quality tables & chairs. The food quality and service was outstanding it deserves better ambiance to be served in.

We was put in a room directly over the Wine bar which had a private function and the music was at full blast.

All the staff were friendly. We would like to say 'thank you' to Marta, who put the extra effort into making our stay enjoyable. Such a nice personality. The chambermaids were first class. Our room was spotless.

The room furniture had seen better days. No teletext facility on the TV. Being partially deaf, my wife was unable to watch the news with subtitles.

Fantastic location. Great space downstairs in the central atrium to sit and look out onto the sea. Food was delicious if slightly pricey. The room was very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Great all round - would definitely stay again.

Room was too hot. When we placed booking with booking.com they had the wrong photos for the deluxe double so it wasn't what we expected

Parking system! Chaotic. Hotels communal toilets very unclean and messy on both days. Room too hot and dog barking kept me awake. Hairs in bath. Didn't like restaurant, cluttered, too open just not right !!

Excellent dining in their restaurant - very good food and service. Room also excellent and worth the upgrade.

Breakfasts were chaotic but it WAS a Bank Holiday weekend - the staff were struggling but remained professional throughout. Would prefer not having to be shown to a table (at breakfast-time) - would rather choose my own seat at breakfast. Also a word about the welcome letter in the bedrooms - full of grammatical errors - needs changing - would be happy to advise here. Also on departure we had booked for 2 nights and were down for 7!!! Thankfully this was rectified!!

I booked a deluxe sea view room - number 216. I got a sea view but the room certainly wasn't de luxe. If this was a de luxe room I dread to think what a standard room is like.

Excellent location,room and staff. Great view from deluxe seaview bay window - well worth the extra money.

Air conditioning not very effective, but this was addressed by the hotel so no complaints.

Don't think the guy serving the dinners understood very well. As I ordered the Bread crum pork scallop with the peppersauce and got it with both sauces. So in the end I didn't eat it, as it was covered in truffle and parmesan sauce wich is the sauce I didn't like.
