My room was cold and airy didn't feel comfortable on my stay, I didn't get the warm feeling!

Breakfast service. Poor decorative order in room. Paint falling from bathroom ceiling and very poor shower.

Super king-six bed. Comfy and immaculately clean. Location to shops, walking distance to main precinct/Cabot Circus and leaving function [reason for stay] which was held on Park St.Car park was a blessing! As we don't know the City centre parking facilities. Power shower was great.

Hard to fault really. Only fault was:over bath shower leaked down side of curtail even with curtain in the bath. Possibly replace with folding surround cubicle?

The staff were amazing, the room was immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of choice and the hotel is in a great location. Check out isn't til 12.00 and the receptionist let us leave our car in the car park after check out while we explored the city.

Being petty, the only fault was that one of the lifts was out of order.

Limited food menu Very noisy fan in bathroom during night kept us awake. Complained about it in morning but have had no response as yet. Otherwise it was very good.

It is right in the centre of Old Bristol. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Great enclosed free parking. The room was large enough, clean and well presented.

The room was nice as well as the bathroom.

The food, including breakfast, was pricey and not that nice.

Reception area welcoming. Staff friendly & helpful. Room comfortable and spacious.

Having to go outside to reach the spa/pool area. Downstairs bar a bit isolated, had to ask where it was.

Great location; full of memories

The hotel looks bit retro style, but technically O.K. Nice location in the old city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a large bathroom with a tub. The gym and spa was actually across the street, but comparing to other hotel gyms well equipped.

My single room was really small, it was no problem for 1-2 days business trip but would be too claustrophobic otherwise. The gym and restarurant opens only at 8 A.M. on bank holidays. Being an early person it was quite late for me.

I found the hotel excellent, staff we're fantastic and facilities spot on. I would without question recommend the hotel to anyone.
