The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. E breakfast was individually cooked and catered for vegetarians. The staff were friendly. The bedroom was awfully hot and the secondary double glazing made it difficult to sleep with the window open.

I loved the new Orangery. My bedroom facilities were good. The location is brilliant. The bathroom was lovely though the bath was difficult to get into as very high. The staff were all helpful but service at breakfast was slow. The Orangery menu was interesting but limited for families - perhaps that was the idea - so we couldn't eat there which was a great pity.

My daughter loved the rabbit biscuits in the jar at bedtime! The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 weekends - the first weekend was in room 302 and the 2nd weekend was in room 218. Room 302 was extremely basic and irreconcilable to room 302. However, it was still clean and comfortable but I was much happier in room 218!

Beautiful place, great hotel in a wonderful setting. The Reed diffusers gave too potent an aroma. Other than that it was great.

High quality, not at all shabby like many london hotels are. Noise from wedding disco in the saturday evening was loud in our room. Stopped at 11:30. Was offered a change of room but didn't bother as we planned to go out to eat.

Easy parking, nice area, fab Hotel and very helpful staff. Leaflet in my bedroom stated lounge bar meals available from 10pm to 7am which was odd! I think it should have read 10am to 7pm.

Excellent decor and large room with nice modern bathroom. Very good breakfast and easy to find and park up. Friendly helpful staff, altogether a very good hotel experience. I would have liked it to be £50 cheaper.

The room was a good size; the staff were very friendly; great outlook over the park. We had to wait 3/4hr for our cooked breakfast. We ordered our tea and coffee, which came soon after, had some fruit and then waited and waited. Others, who had entered after us had there breakfasts before us. The young woman serving us was very apologetic. She told us that there was trouble in the kitchen but as others were being served, we wondered what that could be!!!!

The location for the tennis at Wimbledon was very good, the hotel offered courtesy transportation. The hotel offered snacks in the bar as well as a restaurant, although space in the bar was limited, as was the menu. We had problems with the air conditioning system in the room. When it was in use water constantly dripped from it. It was reported to reception, maintenance attended, but the fault wasn't repaired.

The location was wonderful. The reception was helpful, particularly Omar. The lounge was will laid out and we had a fine view of the gardens. The rooms from 216-219 are over the kitchen and lounge. It was impossible to get any rest before 130am. There was a bridal party and they banged on the piano, screamed songs and carried on through the night. And when that finally finished then the kitchen cleaning crew started banging all their pots and pans and working to their own music-- which was also blaring. It was not the romantic night away we had hoped for. When we told the morning reception staff of the noise problem he just shrugged and took payment--no apologies, no comment. I would never stay there again.

I loved the building both inside and out. My room was lovely, quiet and very clean. The place has very nice atmosphere. I suggest changing the art work in the lobby area. It really clashes with the overall style of the place.
