È comodo perche è molto centrale. Una bella struttura tipica della città di Londra. Il personale è molto gentile

Le prima colazione è un po cara. Dovrebbe esserci una caffetteria.

La centralità dell'hotel

Stanza piccola per essere una deluxe

centralissimo, a due passi da trafalgar square e sopra la stazione di charing cross

Ho apprezzato la posizione ottima sia per la visita della città che per lo shopping ; perfetta anche la cura dei particolari in un edificio di per se suggestivo.

Nessuno dei componenti dello staff parla italiano. La cauzione richiestami non è stata pari al 50% del totale della mia spesa, ma il doppio e nessuno ha saputo darmene spiegazione.

la posizione centrale che permetteva di raggiungere quasi tutti i luoghi di interesse a piedi, la belezza degli interni dell'edificio, le camere molto spaziose e silenziose. Sicuramente un ottimo hotel in cui ritornarci!

era difficile farsi la doccia perchè la temperatura dell'acqua cambiava improvvisamente diventando bollente o gelida (nel vero senso della parola) ed era decisamente sgradevole, inoltre non c'era il balsamo per i capelli,né accappatoio né ciabatte di spugna.

the location of the hotel was great, right in the centre of london with charing cross tube station right next door.

yes, unfortunately, many things. The 'Deluxe Double Room' was nowhere near the standard I had expected it to be considering the money that was paid - for less than half the amount, I have stayed in travelodges with better standards. The decor was extremeley dated with parts of the wallpaper missing from certain areas of the room. The appliances in the room were also very dated and again, for the money I paid for the room I did not expect to be looking out of dirty windows onto another bulding wall approximately 15 metres away. The staff at the hotel reception were very slow, partly the reason that I did not confront them about my dislikes as well as there being other parties complaining about the service when I passed through reception.

The room was quite small but had everything one could need . The location was excellent

The only minor complaint was that on one occasion our room was not made up till approx 5pm

close to the theatre and resturant. easy to get to and from using public transport. great location

I liked the decor and the layout of the hotel. I liked the doorman who was extrwemely welcming and very helpful.

I thought the noise from the air conditioning unit in the en suite very annoying as it didnt switch off. I was also put in a smoking room and I am a very strong anti smoker and could smell old smoke. Also however hard I tried to tell the people on the reception desk I still was given a bill addressed to the wrong address. They insisted I lived at Belton not Bradwell. I now have a bill with the wrong address on. I gave up in the end and just paid even though the information was wrong. Please note I do not have a strong norfolk accent!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff and accomodations were definitely superior in every important way. We also enjoyed the fact that we could walk to Buckingham Palace and a lot of other sites that were nearby.

Noise! We were in the annexe on the lowest (first) floor, the double glazing was not adequate as soundproofing and, in addition to the inevitable street noise in this v central area, there was building work going on right outside our window, starting v early, even on Sunday. We asked to be moved but they were apparently fully booked. We have, tho', stayed at this hotel before without having this problem.
