ｺﾝｼｴﾙｼﾞｭ、ﾌﾛﾝﾄ、ﾍﾞﾙ、レストランなどのサービスは良かったと思います。古いのが好きな観光客には喜ばれるホテルかと思いますが、アメリカ系の近代的で清潔なホテルに慣れていると多少慣れるのに時間がかかります。全体的には料金以外はまぁ満足といってもよいと思います。（いくら古いからと言っても部屋の窓枠の外に鳩のフンが溜まったままにしているのはいただけませんが） ｺﾝｼｴﾙｼﾞｭ、ﾌﾛﾝﾄ、ﾍﾞﾙ、レストランなどのサービスは良かったほうだと思います。古いのが好きな観光客には喜ばれるホテルかと思いますが、アメリカ系の近代的で清潔なホテルに慣れていると多少の違和感があります。全体的にはこのホテルに限らず料金が高いのが不満です。 |

Helpful stuff and good accomodation. Numerous complaints of the people staing dwnstairs. Once we were awakened buy the hotel stuff with accusutions of being noisy and listening loudly to TV! The bathroom seemed rather old and in need of renovation. |

Good central location, perfect for closeness to galleries, Chinatown and Leicester Square area.Also ideal for train connections to the South. Bar prices do not need to be so high. |

2nd visit in a week, this time pleasure and not business. Absolutely fantastic, upgraded to a junior suite and well worth every penny. Staff were as gracious as ever and the food was devine. Highly recommended. |

Location, extremely central. Polite staff. Shame the only upgrades they give are chargeable. Would perhaps be a nice touch to be given a complimentary upgrade. Whilst not the hotels fault, the front is closed off due to refurbishment at Charing Cross station so taxi's can't get close to the entrance. |

Staff very helpful,excellent room,lounge areas large and comfortable. asked for coffee at the end of the day,received instant coffee...I feel this is unaceptable in this class of hotel. |

We upgraded to the Junior Suite, which was a lovely spacious room overlooking the Strand. The food was superb and the staff very friendly! We liked the extra little things in the room like the iron and board, some foreign tv channels etc. |

it had air con. the hotel staff kept giving everyone wrong keys, or keys that didn't work. They also charged my card after saying that i wanted everyone to pay cash. Then wouldn't let anyone pay cash for some reason that wasn't told. So i had no money on the sunday!! also the directions to the rooms are not clearly marked. |

Everything was fine, beds and pillows are so comfy! I did not like being woken up at 6am by a terrible noise below, I think it was bins being emptied or something!! |

Super location. Underground next door ( but not disturbed by noise). Many central London sights within walking distance. The building itself is beautiful and lounges etc very comfortable. May recommend hotel for these reasons alone. Very poor breakfast. Inadequate selection of foodstuff, miserable breadbasket, little fruit, tea/coffee issued by poured cupful (rather than a pot on the table) - and overpriced. Service only fair. Housekeeping poor - forced to be demanding to get more than 3 clotheshangers for two people & bathrobe missing. Room not serviced at all one day. |

The hotel is ok, but the location right next to the railway station means a lot of traffic and a lot of "weirdos" hanging around during the evenings. |

Really enjoyed having lots of space in the junior suit. It had a very pleasant, elegant feel to it. Disappointed by the breakfast. Received white toast instead of brown, fruit salad rather than grapefruit and no baked beans. Orange juice was disgusting - very watery, tasted like powdered juice! |
