Я забыла в номере 826, даты выезда 9.09.2009 футболку и написала письмо с вопросом о том, как ее можно забрать. Никакого ответа не получила. Жаль! |

Удобное местонахождение отеля и русскоговорящие менеджеры на ресепшене. Моему сыну (11лет) очень понравился хостес в буфете на завтраке - вылитый "Джеймс Бонд, в исполнении Д. Крейга. в отеле такого уровня не хватало банных акссесуаров, на которые рассчитываешь (тапочек, шапочек для душа, геля после душа и т.п.) |

Отель находится в центре города, близко к вокзалу и шоппинг центру Я забыла в номере, в шкафу свитер. Позвонила через 5 часов и не смогла получить вразумительный ответ ни от кого. на ресепшн говорили , что спросят у housekeeping, housekeeping отвечали, что посмотрят ,и так продолжалось 4 дня. По-моему, они либо не убирают в номерах, либо просто не отдают забытые вещи |

The room was quite small but had everything one could need . The location was excellent The only minor complaint was that on one occasion our room was not made up till approx 5pm |

Went to a show in London plus shopping. It would be great if the windows, which give into the back street (where all the bars are) would be changed into a better insulated ones. (There was a lot of noise from that street even though we stayed in room 902 which was supposed to be a quiet room. We had asked for a quiet one !) We are not the first customers who have written you about this problem. Others who were bothered by the noise and have not commented on it will probably not come back.Cordial greetings, Peter Hegnauer |

I liked the decor and the layout of the hotel. I liked the doorman who was extrwemely welcming and very helpful. I thought the noise from the air conditioning unit in the en suite very annoying as it didnt switch off. I was also put in a smoking room and I am a very strong anti smoker and could smell old smoke. Also however hard I tried to tell the people on the reception desk I still was given a bill addressed to the wrong address. They insisted I lived at Belton not Bradwell. I now have a bill with the wrong address on. I gave up in the end and just paid even though the information was wrong. Please note I do not have a strong norfolk accent! |

It was relatively quiet. The facilities were quite reasonable. We had booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. We wouldn't have minded so much if the stench of smoke that had seeped into everything hadn't been quite so overpowering -- I had meetings the next day and, rather appallingly, my clothes smelled of it. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff and accomodations were definitely superior in every important way. We also enjoyed the fact that we could walk to Buckingham Palace and a lot of other sites that were nearby. |

Extremely helpful staff; well-furnished, comfortable rooms, pleasant public spaces Noise! We were in the annexe on the lowest (first) floor, the double glazing was not adequate as soundproofing and, in addition to the inevitable street noise in this v central area, there was building work going on right outside our window, starting v early, even on Sunday. We asked to be moved but they were apparently fully booked. We have, tho', stayed at this hotel before without having this problem. |

every that we wanted to see and visit were not too far away and all with in walking distance Just that we booked a twin and the bed was made up as a double. |

In room 881 if you flush the toilet there is an unbelievably loud noise that comes from a pipe somewhere nearby while it fills up, lasting for about 2 minutes. Felt like I was on the set of Fauly Towers. |

The location is very central, the room was quiet and spacious and the people at the reception very nice & professional. The minibar was empty (except for 2 bottles of free water), and the breakfast buffet was ok but with limited choices considering the price. |

Hotel reservation from Booking.com was lost, hotel staff subsequently found a room and agreed to the price per the confirmation given. Whilst initally negative ended up positive with a room upgrade. Hotel location very convenient. |

Centrally located to many sites in London. The reception staff seemed at times not to have time for the customers. Conseirges were helpful. Next time I will stay somewhere else further away from downtown and use the Tube to commute to downtown sites. |
