The room had air conditioning. Overpriced, rooms average and small to say the least, old and tired bathrooms, main course meals around £13.00, even for burger and chips, musty smell in reception. Have to pay £6.00 for the priviledge of parking overnight. |

The quietness, it was clean and the dolls house event on the Sunday The staff were curt and found it hard to get a smile. being disabled was annoyed when the lift broke down and no assistance getting me down to ground floor, just got told on checking out that it was an old lift which was no use at all for me. The teas and coffees were awful and at £3-50 a cup was outragous. |

The hotel has been totally overhauled since I last stayed and was much more modern and welcoming The wait time in the restaurant for the evening meal over an hour for starters and the restaurant was pretty empty |

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Position of hotel, easy access from the motorway, without being directly on to a noisy main road. £6.00 parking charge. |

Very comfortable hotel with good service, the outside of the hotel doesn't do it justice as its much nicer inside. |

The leisure facilities -- swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The restaurant's vegetarian options were limited and in a higher price range than I would normally expect. |

Food in the restaurant was very good. After complaining about our misleading booking over the internet we were given a bottle of wine as compensation which we appreciated.. Members of the staff were very helpful. Very easy access to the motor way. Lack of information in the room eg - no details about how to work TV etc. No details about restaurant times etc. No details about Spa facility in the room.No Fridge and no cold water - except tap tepid water. No luxury toiletries and chocolate as promised on our booking on line.No leaflets about Cheltenham and area. |
