Staff were friendly and very professional. Concierge service very helpful.

Room was cold - the radiator was turned off and would not come on. Cold draught from window. No extra blankets to keep warm in bed.

Breakfast was excellent Good location for getting into the City

Small room - but then it is London so I guess it's not that small :o)

The Hotel needs updating in the rooms. They looked tired and dirty.

Weekend hours of the spa are a bit short - 8:00pm on Saturday is about the time 'serious shoppers' are ready for a bit of a work out and relax.

The hotel is too far away from Tube Stations to use on a regular basis. We therefore spent £120 on taxis in 2 days. Beware ordering a Taxi from Concierge as they order a private company with no metering. Estimate double the cost of against a black cab!

Room was very hot although the radiator was off. The windows had safety devices which meant that they could only be opened slightly.

Quick check in, friendly staff. Pool and spa facilities (steam room and sauna) were great and changing facilities excellent meaning we could use that after check-out on the Sunday. Concierge service to book taxis was nice and efficient.

Decor in the room a bit dated and no stand-alone shower, but was all functional/ clean so OK. Location a bit away from city centre and closest tube 10 min walk.

The room was clean and was cleaned every day. The location of the hotel was very convenient for me. The wifi was excellent, easy to connect and fast.

The noise from the next rooms, and people running and shouting in the corridors that kept me awake till late at night. The fact that I tried to use the room service but because I had not opened an account they could not charge it to my room so I had to get dressed, go back down and pick my dinner. Maybe someone could help me carry the meal upstairs as it was difficult to carry the serving tray and open doors. Or the restaurant could just charge my room and I could pay at the end of my stay.

Reception personnel excellent, serviceminded! Barman Mostaq (similar) perfect.

Excuse my language, but rest of service was absolute shit. Uninterested waiters who wandered about talking amongst themselves about private matters, serving customers with the elbow. Food was absolutely terrible. I ate at restaurant once at beginning of week and absolutely not for the rest of the week. Bathroom needs some serious refurbishing. Falling apart and dripping water from above room.

No air conditioning in the room, which considering it was only April, meant it got ridiculously hot. Heaven help folk in August!!

Location close to Moorfields hospital as such your tick boxes are crap. Business or pleasure for an eye op, what do you think!!!!! More options. Staff especially at breakfast, fantastic!!!!
