room very nice and clean and decor good
Very large with poor signage and more like a maze, with corridors uninviting just doors and doors and doors no natural light or windows, finding your way back to a lift and reception is a mission in itself, if like me you were lucky to find a staff cleaner, be advised not a word of English bless her but she did manage to locate some stairs for me to eventually get down the 5 floors to reception and to freedom, location also would suggest a taxi to get you back to a station and civilization.
The fact they tried to put me in a old broken down room across the road. When I sled why, no answer just put into more up to date room same building as reception. Did not have to walk in rain to have breakfast, drinks or dinner.
Central location Reasonable price
Traffic noise - the room faced Central Road, other rooms might be less affected. No refrigerator in the room
Well priced and location good.
Rude staff, over priced food in restaurant and loo next to the wall making it very cosy indeed!
The staff were fab, great breakfast. Our room was superb.
The location is a bit too far from the nearest tube.
I liked everything - your staff wwere fantastic looking after me and my friend who were well and truely intoxicated after a full day in London. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope we didnt cause you too much trouble..thanks again.
Nice and comfortable hotel. Quite easy to reach by public transport. Acceptable pricing for London and good facilities.
It took us more than 40mins to check in two rooms. Check in staff badly trained and had to keep going and asking for the supervisor. Rooms weren't booked as arranged and I had to email them my reservation as they didn't have all the details.
The comfort of the beds
Distance from tube station
Value for money bearing in mind the location
the very helpfull and friendly staff The rooms
the breakfast the changingrooms in the spa weren't clean. hairs in showers, dirty showercurtains
Location was good for the Christmas event we had to attend nearby, room size was very reasonable and the bed was nice and comfortable. Check in staff were also very friendly. Good value for money in Central London and will definitely stay here again. :-) Much better than the awful Travelodge we stayed in last year - this was a really comfortable stay.
It would be handy to have a luggage/suitcase rack to put a suitcase on as it's easier to use one for unloading/loading clothes especially with a bad back. Saves tripping on it on the floor too!
Family room was adequate
Hotel food is poor, chicken wasn't cooked and fries were cold and it's not cheap! Also the hotel ran out of vodka!!! Spoke to waitress about meal who wasn't overly interested and did nothing, feel very ripped off with meal.
Well equipped room Quiet location as requested Nicely furnished room
Room too warm Only two tea bags available Wait for breakfast Quality of towels
Price for quality and service Geographic situation Leisure center
Overall a good stay, the inclusive use of the Spa compensates for other small faults. The pool and sauna were a lovely way to unwind.
The room's furniture was a bit worn out. Particularly, an empty cabinet where once a mini-bar had existed caused a negative impact ( I suggest they turn it into drawers or cover the back to hide the wires and wallpaint ). The room had a tendency to get very warm. There was an air-conditioning unit, though placed directly over the beds which isn't very healthy when we are there.
Room rather comfortable and good situation in London.
Party organized on the ground floor and loud music until past midnight. No respect for the clients who needed to sleep and get up early in the morning.
The room was clean and we'll appointed. Some noise from outside the room, but not intrusive
Very spacious room, well furnished with a nice table to work on (as I did), even an office chair to sit on. Well functioning free wifi. Felt comfortable.
Not so comfortable: the shower did not work, I could only take a (quick) bath instead in the morning. The tray with tea and water boiler were almost too well hidden, in the lowest shelf of a cupboard - makes you wonder. Guests from Europe are not familiar with this commodity in British hotels, and would probably never look for that.
Comfortable bed, great location, fantastic breakfast
Spa very disappointing. We booked here because of the spa but it was tiny. Impossible to swim a length of the pool with so many children swimming widths. Sauna heaving, people hogging jacuzzi so never got in it at all
the location - not a very nice area
Quality, Staff helpfulness, Spa
Jacuzzi not working, Computer problems
