Its improved from what it once was. Cost, Aberdeen charges high prices because of the oil industry |

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast staff were very good. Prices in the bar were excessive, the house wine was £6:10 per glass and tasted like viniger. The door closers in the rooms do not work properly and the doors bang closed. There are lots of people leaving very early in the mornings and the banging doors waken other guests. |

the rooms were spacious and very comfortable The staff were extremely friendly and helpul. The food was good and well presented it was very good value for money and i would recommend it. We had a lovely weekend and would be happy to visit again As the hotel was a good distance from the city centre i feel evening entertainment would be an advantage to allow guests to enjoy the lovely function areas |

proximity to the airport - morning staff was knowledgable and able to get me to the airport without incurring extra costs. Used towel left on back of door from previous - evening staff booked a cab for me when the hotel has a free transport |

Staff were very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food good! The room was excellent, clean and the bed was really comfortable! Also relatively soundproof! Could only hear other rowdy houseguests when they were in the corridor, as soon as they went into a room, there was no noise! From a disabled person's viewpoint, there was no ramp from the car park to the pavement on the room side, also there could be a little more aide (like handrails or easy access shower) in the bathroom. Grout on tiles could do with a scrub! |

We were only in the Hotel from 7.30pm to 4.30am the following morning so the only comment would be that the bed was very comfortable. |

Friendly personnel, clean room, nice and quiet. It would be very nice if the hotel could manage to spell my name correctly on all papers related to my stay, including the invoice. I don't understand how it is possible to get the name wrong in the hotel's computer system when the correct name is used during the online booking. Here is clear potential for improvement. |

The bath had hair in it (not ours!) and was badly stained. the bed was lumpy and the cover on the top was dirty. They had one barmaid covering two bars and no guiness although it was advertised. |

There was a bed and the breakfast was nice Poor directions to the room from the staff. The hotel had a basic 1960s motel feel to it |

The only good thing abouth this hotel is the lady at the reception! The tv did not work, the shower did not work, the bathroom was dirty, the room service was the worst food I have ever had the displeasure of trying to taste................- The worst hotel I have stayed in for 10 years!!!!! |

the reception was offhand; we were told the hotel was'fully booked' though the booking was made on 31 July. Eventually the manager 'found' a room, but said it was coming up as 'not clean'. She checked, then we were escorted by a member of staff who carried our bags (we are two ladies in their seventies, and I have a mobility problem; we were also clearly exhausted.) We had to cross the car park in |
