Excellent food and staff were so nice. Bedrooms very comfortable.

Card key - had a bit of a problem with it.

Close to Bond heliport.

Shower not working and noise from guest at a function.

Staff could not have been more helpful, especially Angela and Edna. Room was lovely with very comfy bed, ironing board and iron, hairdryer. Bottled water and good supply of tea and coffee. Breakfast was exceptional. Fantastic selection.

Convenient location. Easy to book. Lovely staff.

Broken sagging lumpy horendous bed. Ruined stay that such a basic requirement was in such poor condition. Room 134 bed needs replaced immediately- can't expect people to sleep on it. Try it for yourselves.

Staff who wore uniforms where blouse / trousers did not meet showing a 'builders bum'. Posters stated lots of money spent on upgrade. Silicone in bathroom of room 141 a disgrace. Room overloaded with cushions

Room door was left open by housekeeping til my return late at night Reception had only booked me in for one night though the original booking was for 2 Nothing available to eat on my arrival at 10.00pm Wasn't made aware that I was entitled to breakfast.

The room I stayed in was of very good quality. The meal was good for the money and the staff very helpful

How to aquire Meals in the bar is unclear, Meal times at evening dinner was unclear also, i noticed quite a few people having to ask. Far to many people hanginig around reception area with bags for far to long, bags everywhere, no room to move in this area. Smokers smoking immediately outside the front door, there is no smoking area/shelter outside for the smokers.

No heating in my room, which then took four visits to reception before getting a room change. Nobody came to the room to check the problem as was said when I first complained, eventually after suggesting I find an alternative Hotel another room was offered. The bathrooms in rooms had seen better days, with mould forming in the tile grout and hairs on the floor. Overall I did not consider this to be value for money at £149 per night!

Dogs stay for Free. Standard of food very good. Early breakfast. Freindly staff. Free Parking.

Car park can be very busy.

Proximity to the Railway station & Airport. The male receptionist (UK National) in the early morning appeared to be competent & efficient.

No remote control for the tv in my room.(But considering I was only going to watch it for a very brief period I didn't bother to complain) Restaurant needs a good shake up, supplying over-priced, mediocre food, in a mediocre manner to a captive Oil Industry clientele. NOBODY would even consider using it (Not twice anyway) for a nice family/partner evening meal out.

was kept up till 2 in the morning by a party in the next room had to threaten reception that I was going to phoning the police to get the noise to pipe down. It was the look of a 70's concrete pour with hardly any parking, they down graded our room because we had dogs so not so pet friendly as advertised grrrrrrrrr

Excellent location for an early check - in at the Bond Heliport Courtesy bus provides prompt local pick up. Close to Dyce Railway Station Breakfast wide selection and staff are very friendly and helpful.

If you don't work offshore you can feel a little out of place.

People smoking in outside area under veranda. Not the hotel's fault, but smokers congregate in the small area right outside the main door and it is quite sickly to walk through a wall of concentrated smoke to get to the front desk. Unfortunately it leaves a rather negative impression of "The Hotel" because interactions with the hotel staff are associated with the sickly experience to reach them. If other guests feel as I do, it might be an idea to put up a shelter for smokers that isn't right outside the front entrance.

A good quality Hotel and we took advantage of an excellent deal which included evening meal and breakfasts. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A bonus was no car park charges which was a breath of fresh air compared to some other Hotel chains.

We felt the Buffet Breakfast could have been more varied and interesting, My omelete for the first morning breakfast was supurb. The second morning my omelete was very second rate. Only very minor hiccups I am afraid which did not alter our overall perception of our stay. Kind Regards, John Dunne

Although the exterior was concrete and very grey and rundown the rooms. Lounge and dining were well kept and of a higher standard than was expected for a hotel of this type. Staff were hard working and had an excellent manner with customers- prepared to go the extra mile to help .
