Close to airport. Free airport shuttle. Very cheap car parking. Comfortable, clean & warm bedrooms. Restaurant food good. Lounge bar no longer serves "bar meals". You have to use set price restaurant menu. Solitary barman serves lounge & public bar. I waited 10 minutes to be served. Staff have lax attitude to servIce however reception staff excellent. Hotel overpriced - pandering to local oil market with staff staying on expense accounts. As confirmed by duty manager.

My room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient. I did not appreciate the total lack of customer care displayed by the reception staff on my arrival. There were five guests waiting to be booked in when I arrived. We continued to wait while the two reception staff chatted in the office beside reception. We were seen by the receptionist. She eventually attended to us with a surly manner. This manner is regularly displayed towards offshore workers by many people working in the "hospitality" industry in Aberdeen. Maybe with the downturn in the industry they will eventually come to value the custom!

The rooms are really nice inside. Spacious and comfortable. Big tv, sofa and bed. No shuttle available when asked for in either direction (to and from airport). We had to take taxi's which cost about £8 each way. The hotel is not walking distance from the airport. This was dissapointing as we were literally staying overnight for a few hours and wanted something very close to the airport.

They dont charge for dogs staying, the rooms are a fantastic size and layout and just in general the whole hotel is lovely. the receptionist when i checked in could have been a bit nicer and at least smiled, but didn't affect my overall experience.

I needed a room downstairs and I phoned them up after booking. It was no problem whatsoever. I have been a few times now. I just love it. There is Aberdeen City Centre close by but also the country side. The only thing I found really bad is that there were not enough disabled parking spaces and the once that were there were used by people who didn't have a badge displayed. We had to park miles away from our entrance and had to walk. Something needs to be done because that is a reason which would stop us from coming back.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The accommodations were clean, well appointed and modern. The bed was large and freshly made. From the young lady (who was very pregnant) who met us at reception, to the young server who looked after our breakfast, our overnight stay was comfortable and represented great value. I would not hesitate to stay again.

From the outside it looked a bit disappointing, however we were pleasantly surprised. The room was a good size, modern, clean with a good bed, we were allowed to take our dog with us. The food was good. The staff were all pleasant. no fridge in the room and the toilet flush wasn't brilliant.

Location in Dyce well suited to needs, space and room facilities generous. Pleasant and efficient staff. Decor and layout of common / public areas bland and drab. Available light levels in room low and insufficient for tasking. Unfortunately - stay was marred due to the lack of hot water in the room.

We thought the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was immaculate, nicely decorated. Food was of a very high standard. Overall a very good stay, and would use again. The only downside was the bar prices. £3.80 for a can of Guiness is a bit like highway robbery when you can buy a 4 pack for between £4 & £5

I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. On doing a classic thing & forgetting my toothpaste, I was offered a toothbrush & toothpaste. &Amp; was very surprised that the packet was free. The quality of toiletries & hospitality tray components was one of the best I have ever come across. My room was spacious, nicely furnished & the bed most comfortable. I was sorry it was just an overnight stay as I was en route to our clan gathering but I should love to stay there again. Please may I have details of other Menzies hotels? Your staff are very helpful. The only slightly adverse comment is having a mug for breakfast instead of a cup & saucer! The hotel is a peaceful yet friendly establishment. I liked the spacious open plan lounge area - very relaxing.

This overnight night stay was extremely comfortable. Cost of stay for bed and breakfast was indeed value for money. Travel to city centre was easy and did not take long. For anyone using railway to travel North to Inverness or South via Aberdeen - or if flying from Dyce, this hotel is ideally situated.

Close to airport for early morning flight. Helpful and pleasant staff. Free parking. Quite basic facilities, though large and adequate. Having to walk out of the accomodation building to get to the other hotel facilities.
