The comfort and quality of the room was exeptional, it was peaceful and quiet even though next to an airport, and having a wedding reception in full swing. Cost of the breakfasts |

the room was clean and comftable i did not like there was no lift with 2 large suit cases i found this difficult especialy late at night after a 4 hr flight allso all the doors were shut and difficult to get the suitcases through making alot of noise in the process plus they put us right at the back more than likely disturbing the other guests which i appolgise to anyone there that night as i was tired and grumpy and anoyed at getting a door in my face |

Very good if you need to be at East Midlands Airport early in the morning as it is the only hotel within walking distance. |

I thought that the room was vastly overpriced and did not include breakfast, I had to pay for parking, my room key did not work which resulted in 3 lengthy trips to reception to sort out, 2 tea bags and 2 sugars in the room?? surely not enough! The reception staff were pleasant but not overly concerned with my questions regarding breakfast price of room etc. |

Very convenient for the East Midlands Airport but also the staff, service and general quality of the hotel was very good. We also dined at the hotel which was an enjoyable experience! |

Very convenient for East Midlands Airport. Taxi booked by hotel early morning arrived promptly. Nice clean room with everything we needed. The hotel itself was good but the admin side needs improvement. We were charged for a 'no show' as the hotel had booked us in on the wrong date, however, this was quickly reinbursed to our credit card. Then on check out we were charged the wrong rate for the room! |

You couldn't get a better location if you are flying to and from East Midlands airport. The transfer service was excellent. The reception staff were very efficient. |

Easy to find. Easy to park. Easy access to surrounding area. Good friendly staff.Nice room. Good breakfast area. Nice bar and restaurant area The leisure facility was restricted because of children swim time. The pool was very small. The Ladies changin facility very tired and requires a complete overhaul. |

porterage service there was no soap and the water for bathing was cold. in the curtersy tray the milk had been forgotten and towels had to be requested |

the hotel was good value and the staff excellent however room only would have been an option as we left at four am. there was no transport organised for the return journey as there was no driver available so we with luggage had to walk as it wasent explained before we left. |
