The hotel was very well located for shopping and the theatre which is the main reasons for our trip to Edinburgh. The hotel was noisy in the mornings. We stayed in room 510 for 2 nights. The hotel needs to improve its plumbing - at 7 am each morning a very loud clanging noise started - not sure if it was the hotels central heating system or other guests using their showers. Spoiled our holiday "lie in". |

Hotel location is perfect for the city centre. Faultless location and quiet. Room was clean. Hotel seemed a little old. Rooms were nice but you could see the age marks. Nice hotel but will need refurbed soon. Also seemed to be party in and I could hear doors opening and closing and little bit of noise late on. Not hotels fault. |

I frequently stay at Travelodge - their rooms are always more spacious than this one - 445. Insufficient wardrobe space for a 4-night stay, or space on the floor for two overnight cases. I will most probably return because of its location but would seriously consider upgrading next time ! |

Great location, very spacious suite. Really enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend/return in the future. We booked breakfast online for two but this was processed as two breakfasts on Sat instead of one breakfast on Sat and Sun. |

Breakfast. The lack of free access to Internet. Actually, this will be the reason for me to chose a different hotel next time I go to Edinburgh. |

This Hotel was located just minutes from the Waverly train station and minutes from Princess Street. We could not believe the value for money for what we paid through your website. Thank you |

The room was excellent and comfortable. The bar staff were very helpful and courteous. The reception staff I found to be unhelpfull and curt. |

I've stayed at the kjt twice and I definitely deliberately chose to stay there again. My first stay was better however - I had a huge room all to myself (on both occasions I have visited for business) with a reasonably sized plasma tv, a large bathroom and two double beds - great for lounging out with the laptop on one and keeping the other unspoilt to sleep in! My more recent stay was in a much smaller room, with a much smaller bathroom. The bed was still very comfortable and the hairdryer was much better (the first had one of those awkward ones drilled to the wall that is more like a tube exhaling slightly than anything powerful enough to dry your hair). It is also in a fantastic location - right at the edge of Prince's St. Not really, although I am guessing I was put into a smaller room because a) a booked for one person when I usually say two regardless and b) I checked in after 5pm. |

thought the location of the hotel was ideal for shopping and access to pubs and restraunts think the bathrooms could do with updating and the beds were a bit hard |
