冷蔵庫がありません。設備は、新しくありませんが、価格から妥当です。シャワーは固定式です。セイフティーボックスが故障した時は、適切な対応をいただけました。 ルームチャージのみの利用だったので、得にありません。 |

スタッフの方がとても親切。朝食は宿泊者割引で約9ポンドでした。子ども用のエキストラベッドをサービスで入れてくださいました。アメニティやティーセットも充実していました。駅からすぐだし、ショッピングモールも隣接しているので立地条件としては大変良いです。 私達が宿泊した部屋は、とても広く、とても快適だったのですが、冷蔵庫がなかったので少々残念でした。 |

staff were good, close to playhouse, room wasnt worth the money i paid for it. breakfast was excellent, should have just booked the double room for 40 pounds less. no complaints. seven and a half out of ten. |

Great location - very near to local attractions. No private car parking available (only limited spaces) but ncp just next door was convenient. £13 for breakfast if not pre-booked was too expensive. This adds to the £15/night parking costs. |

Good clean room,good breakfast.Ideal location for city centre,public transport on doorstep. Late night noise from passing traffic/revellers very noticeable even on 5th floor....Car parking a bit iffy..! |

Good central location very close to Waverley station and Omni Centre. Old style hotel but clean and comfortable. I booked a double room online but got a very small single for 3 nights with no reduction in price. |
