staff were good, close to playhouse, room wasnt worth the money i paid for it. breakfast was excellent, should have just booked the double room for 40 pounds less.

no complaints. seven and a half out of ten.

Good clean room,good breakfast.Ideal location for city centre,public transport on doorstep.

Late night noise from passing traffic/revellers very noticeable even on 5th floor....Car parking a bit iffy..!

The pub, Boston Bean - the food was not very good and the staff in this part of the hotel was quite opposite of the hotel staff itself

The staff were very friendly and the rooms comfortable. Breakfast was super.

The shower in our first room was not working but after alerting the desk staff we were relocated to another room.

In the city center, so close to the clubs pubs and nightlife.

Because of where it was situated there was a constants noise on the street. Not really a major problem, but not a hotel for relaxing,

We booked a double room and when we arrived they only had a Twin available. Was not very acceptable for a romantic getaway.

The noise in the rooms on the town side needs to be sorted, double glazing helps, the pillows in my room were absolutely terrible,4 of the same ones, with no choice.

This hotel is placed in the centre of the city, which means you can access the major tourist spots and public transportations such as Waverley railway station, St Andrew Square bus station easily by foot.

I think the facilities of the hotel are outdated and some even does not work properly, for instance the dryer in our room did not work and the flush of the bathroom was quite weak.
