IT was only a overnight stop in my travels. The room was like being in a broom cupboard, the passage was like a train carriage. |

Breakfast was alright - but strange selection of juices Worn out sheets - pokey room at the very end of a long corridor - smallest bath in the world! |

Close to Euston BR train station and Underground, so convenient for town. Staff were helpful, if a little rushed. Rooms a bit small. The breakfast was very poor - and certainly not worth the asking price. |

I had to book in last minute, because of the tube strike. Having stayed for just one night, I found the hotel to be very efficient and staff friendly. Would definitely stay there again. |

Central location, close to stations. The hotel was very noisy as the walls were very thin. |

The hotel was ok. I stayed for a weekend only and most of the time i was out. But the room was comfortable and when i was there i had enough rest. Two things basically:a) The bathroom was kind of old even though that it was clean. Comparing it though with the bedroom someone could notice a difference. b) There was an internal door between my room and the room next to mine. Even though that it was locked with no access, the noise from the other room was very annoying. I couldn`t sleep..... |

During my stay at the thistle hotel, I feel the room I was in was really light and spacious. The beds were confortable and the room was kept tidy. Some of the in room amenities were very dated and were in need of modernisation, ie hairdryer, lighting, and bath room...but it would be good to modernise but still in keeping with the vintage feelof the room. |

the area around the hotel is nice everything. i had to switch to 4 different rooms. one had no sheets on the bed, one had disgusting huge stains on the floor and a wet bedspread and the 3rd had a running tap in the bathroom that would not stop. |

Staff at reception were very helpful - apart from the manager who was extremely patronising and rude. I arrived having requested an accessible (disabled friendly) room. The room they gave me would not even allow me to get my wheelchair through the door. I had to trust that they would reallocate me a suitable room whilst I went off to a meeting. |

Booked a double room for 2 adults but when I got there they said only twin available - we had a fire evacuation and there did not seem to be many people staying at the hotel so I felt that I was cheated out of a £20 upgrade to get a double bed |

Very close to the station/tube -so it is convenient. Facilities are good and the breakfast was decent. Attentives staff The room was a bit tired -although it was a good size for Central London. Not spotlessly clean either. |

I stayed in 3 different rooms at the Euston the first one was great, spacious modern, the second was a single and very small and tucked away, the 3rd was ok but still very older looking compared to the 1st room I stayed in so mixed feelings about the Euston. I'm not sure how they allocate rooms but to have such a big variety of rooms and having stayed in 3 different types I was disappointed with the 2nd two after the comfort I had in the first room. |

Position Room allocated very cold. Given another after some discussion, but heating not working. Given a third room which was quiet but a bit shabby. The cost for this experience was very high at £107 per night and no breakfast. |

convenient location It's way too big. Room was clean but quite small. Good soundproofing as direct view of platform 3 at Euston! Staff were too busy and grumpy. We got in for breakfast OK but if we'd have been 15 mins later we would have queued 20 mins just to get a table. Would be a nice hotel with half the number of rooms. |
