The calming ambience which greeted me and my daughter when we entered the building. The very pleasant girls on reception who selected what was one of your best rooms in the hotel (room 280) after seeing that we were exhausted from our trip down. They also suggested great areas to visit and dine at. The reception area was very relaxing being decorated in cool colours and the bar area was very inviting also. We were very pleased with the hotel and the location was perfect for our stay, Absolutely no complaints - We will stay here again on our next trip to London.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and facilities in working order. The location is perfect for getting around the city. The staff were extremely pleasant and inviting, especially on reception. We ordered room service 1 night and the price was extortionate. Almost £8 for 2 slices of bread, sandwich filling and soft crisps and then £5 for bringing it to the room. This almost brought me to tears.

The excellent staff and the prime location - just a minute's walk from Euston station The rooms could be slightly bigger. It was difficult to keep two suitcases in a double room!

Proximity to Euston was good and the swift check in and check out. Good shower too! Nice quiet room overlooking the park. Directions on the website weren't good. Should have included information such as exit from exit 3 at station adjacent to wh smith.

the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. however the room was not very warm and i discovered eventually that the window was open wide. also i had no bedside light and reported this to reception and it took over one hour to get it fixed. staff were all very helpful.

Close to St. Pancras. Sleek interior. Comfortable bed. Only paid Wi-FI. Didn't have toilet paper in our room initially, had to ask for it. A fairly cramped bathroom.

the staff were friendly and made you feel relaxed, only negative was we were woken up by deliveries at 5:40 and this went on for approx 45 mins by which time we were in the wide awake club, perhaps it was just the room we were in

A very nice hotel, rooms fantastic and very relaxed Attitude of staff was appalling, when I had a problem staff fobbed me off with untrue information. Would reccomend the hotel but not the staff.

The room was small and was a little bit dated, the bathroom had been upgraded very badly with quite a lot of selant around the bath etc. The staff were very good when you arrive, for location and price i think you would find it hard to beat this one! but got it on a great deal as when i asked the hotel for a price for a further night it was £110 extra and I had only paid £168 for two nights. I went online and it was £128 on booking.com. not sure why it was £18 more on booking.com tbh!!! Didn't use the hotel other than to sleep and shower so i cant really add much more. Small room, but at the end of the day i was here to sight see
