The excellent attitude of the security gentleman who, unlike the bar and reception staff, had a great understanding on service provision. The process and obstacles put in the way of ordering a late drink even to residents. |

geat location The bathroom was not very clean and the shower did not work ! unfortunately we were in a rush in the morning so did not have time to report fault. |

Excellent location. Upgraded room was very comfortable. The resturant served good food at reasoable prices. Silly plugs in te bathroom. Que for breakfast quite long. We had to make our own toast It's nice to get it with your coffee or tea. |

Car Parking below the hotel + Near to City centre shops. Noisy late at night (1-2am) with returning city party groups. Reported to Reception desk no action taken. |

Excellent position for shopping and transport links. Great staff everywhere in hotel from Reception to Bar. Rooms could be cleaned a little bit more thoroughly but overall standard was good. Would recommend to anyone and would definetly stay again when in Glasgow :) |

Loved the pool and spa facilities. Room was spacious, warm and well equipped. Tea and coffee making in room was added bonus. Had a great stay and would recommend it to others. |

Lovely relaxing and comfortable hotel. Very well situated for shopping and the added extra of having a car park was excellent. Staff very friendly. |

That breakfast wasnt included which was not clearly stated when booking through booking.com and we had to upgrade our rooms the rooms you display on your web site are very misleading |

On arrival car park was very handy, staff were fantastic, Room was beautiful and facilities were brilliant. Bar staff weren't very welcomming on the friday evening which was my only criticism. Bar staff were'nt polite or friendly |

the bar was relaxing and had a good choice of drinks, also the t.v channels where the best i have seen from an hotel i found some of the guests who where staying there quite arrogant and rude |

I found our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable, and all the staff were courteous and very helpful We stayed a room 215. We felt the decor was very dated although the room had all the adequate facilities. |

Although we only had an overnight stay the service was friendly and efficient, the room was clean well appointed and evening dinner and traditional scottish breakfast were excellent |

The rooms were of a good size, and the location of the hotel was great for shopping and the secure private car park located below the hotel was a real bonus. The breakfast room was not laid out very well for disabled or families with young children. I was travelling with both and the staff were not very helpful, which was very offputting. |

Friendly staff and room was excellent the doors on each floor banging regularly in morning , possibly adjust the doors so they close slower to avoid thudding |

convenient location for purpose had booked room for three but it wasn't prepared nor equipped as such. Staff courteous, brought extra bed but no extra toiletries/tea/coffee etc |
