Secure entry to each floor. Ease of access from motorway. Clean and good sized bedroom. Ordering a taxi proved a mission. It was a Saturday night but appeared others were jumping que by taking taxis for other people. |

The Hotel was ideal as a base for shopping and once our car was parked, at the beginning of our stayin the hotel car park,we did not need to use it again till we left. |

Large rooms There was a £10 addition for upgraded rooms. I stayed in a room that hadn't been upgraded- I think there should have been a reduction for this. |

Nothing to do with the hotel-went for the Take That concert Do not think the £150 room price was value for money-old fashioned decor, couple of stains on bed cover, mould in bathroom. Plus spa attached messed up booking and we were unable to use-only reason we picked this hotel rather than any other in Glasgow. Disappointed overall |

The staff were very helpful when we encountered a problem resolving it promptly and efficiently. It is well situated for shopping and entertainment in the city The first room we were given was not one of the refurbished ones and it was too hot and overlooked the kitchen roof and extractors and therefore we got all the heat and the smells which made it unpleasant. We requested a change of room and the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. I would not have wished to stay in the room we were initially given. |

Check in was a smooth process and although we booked a twin room we were given an Executive Double Double - lovely big room. Breakfast was not included in the rate however I was given a half price voucher for myself at checkin and my daughter was free. |

I liked the swimming pool and the rooms were clean enough i didn't have my laptop and there computer was broke the 2 days i was there it was a disgrace!! in this day and age. i was then sent to an internet cafe which closed at seven in the evening they hotel staff couldn't tell me where to go. Food was rubbish!! safer going to a chippy, it was very expensive and i didn't even get breakfast but i think that was probably a blessing |

It was very central and easy to find on foot but not being local found it more difficult by car. We ended up paying £25 for parking at the Galleries. Didn't know there was parking at hotel. Didn't do my homework very well. Having to pay extra for breakfast. |

The location of the hotel was excellent for our visit which was for a city break near shops resturants etc. I found the staff at reception most helpful and friendly with my numerous queries Although clean spacious and comfortable the general feel of the hotel was 'well used ' . I notticed an offer in the lift of £10 upgrade offer available to a newly refurbished room which was not brought to my attention at any other time (I think I would avail of this offer on a return visit) |

I liked the way we were woke up at half four in the morning, when the fire alarm went off, evacuated the building, given no explanation as to why and then after twenty minutes allowed back in. An apology letter was posted under the door the next day again offering no explanation for the evacuation and no form of compensation was offered, ridiculous!
