The hotel was set in lovely grounds, plenty of free car parking and hotel was clean, well designed and accessible. Staff very friendly, efficient and keen to help gave lots of information without having to ask for it. Room clean and comfortable, plenty of space and well stocked hospitality tray. Ate in restaurant at night and at breakfast, a little pricey but a lot of choice and lovely food. Room quiet despite proximity to motorway.

The room was initially quite cold and air conditioning had to be turned right up to heat it. Internet was expensive (£10) think it probably should have been free.

booked it last minute,very pleased with hotel and staff,just thought it was a little expensive,they would get more people in if it was cheaper.took our granddaughter with us,she was only 2 and she loved it aswell

Breakfast; room sizes; were able to provide me with a toothbrush after mine was forgotten :)

If two people are staying in a room but have different names both should be able to put their details on the card to allow charging to the room without comment by a staff member as to making sure the 'named person knows what is being spent during the day', which made my partner feel terrible!!!!

Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal for our 1 night stay

Feel Breakfast is overpriced especially as I only have cereal and toast, but that's my choice my husband did enjoy the full english and they kept the buffet well stocked with everything.

Although small, the pool and gym were reasonable and well staffed. Bar/reception areas were good, and plenty of parking. Convenient for getting back on the motorway quickly. Food was good, and £10 breakfast price is comparable with many other hotels/chains

The rooms will need a little refurbishment soon. Although good, the bathroom in particular was a little dated and faded. Drinks were a little on the expensive side

Relaxing and chilled out environment. Food was very nice at breakfast with a lot of variety. Staff were very helpful, polite and well presented.

Food was heavily over priced so we ate out rather than stay in. The bed was very comfortable but I couldn't sleep as noisy machinery woke me up at intervals throughout the night - (probably heating or water system)

Older lady at breakfast was excellent. Good service and remembered my name each day.

Paying for wi Fi in this day and age is a joke. Menu in restaurant did not match surroundings. It was microwave boil in the bag low quality bar food. Not what i expdcted in the redtaurant stayed 3 days and ate there once!! A missed opportunity on your part.

The staff were very good and friendly including the housekeeping staff. Very welcoming. Had a great massage with Graham in the leisure centre which was warm and very clean. Comfy beds, big bedrooms, big TV. Excellent price. Close to visiting family in Manchester and Liverpool.

Booking.com messed the booking up which was a shame. Had disabled daughter with us which I explained then arrived to find we were upstairs with no lift. We coped though. The restaurant could have had more choice with perhaps a daily menu and breakfast was boring. Have a look at the Park Inns food.

I thought the food prices were very expensive for evening meal. The food quality however was very good. I had to pay £10 for breakfast of which I had only coffee and a bowl of cereal and they was no concession.

Well layed out, parking v. good, food good, rooms v. nice.

Poorly marked out fro the main road/entrance. If you are not familiar with the area it is easily missed...dispite being a large place, especially when its dark.

Friendly welcome, a little bit of relaxation.

I found someones shampoo in the bathroom on the shower! Makes you think the room hadn't been cleaned. Then we found lots of bugs. Wasn't happy with the cleanliness.

Staff was really friendly.
