A good atmosphere helpful friendly staff with a great location.

Location, staff very good and accommodating, room cleanliness and spacious and good quality and selection of food in bar or restaurant. Would deginitley choose this hotel again

The location is ideal for the conference I attended.

I have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasion and had never had to pay to park the car. I feel that this is unnecessary for paying guests to your hotel.

Location is really great, only 3 minutes away from the subway station. The design of the hotel is also great. Satisfied with almost everything! Strongly recommended especially when there is an offer.

Excellent location, 15min walking from Oxfordstreet (shopping), straight across hyde park! Good connection from airport with heathrow express, 20min with train. Breakfast was very good, you can order it fresh from the menu card.

Good service good atmosphere clean room

The service we got from the front desk was outstanding! Way above the call of duty. They were out of the regular twin double rooms, so gave us an upgrade for the same price. The room was wonderful. The size was quite large and it had a refrigerator. The bathroom was also large and also very nice. There was a fire going in the lobby's fireplace. The hotel is right across the road from Hyde Park. We were able to walk to many restaurants and stores. The hotel was older but well cared for, with beautiful woodwork and chandlers. It was a very charming and comfortable place to stay.

I personally don't have any complaints, but others might think the bathroom was too cold. It did take a while for the hot water to reach us, but I actually liked that. I knew it was on the way and was plenty hot once it started. That just seemed to add to the charm of the place.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I requested anything of them. The location is great if you're looking to be in the Hyde Park area. Easy walk to many tube stations so easy to get anywhere in London. Overall a very pretty hotel with a classic/classy look to it.

I would have expected more for the money I was paying. I know they are still in the process of renovating so the fact that it look a special 'trick' to flush the toilet, was understandable. However when the electrical outlets didn't work in part of the room, I would think the hotel would have been aware of that ahead of time and had a power strip brought in before I had to request it be fixed. Also on my last night of stay, when I pulled back the sheets to go to sleep, I found that they appeared to be stained with sweat stains. I provided a picture and some feedback on my stay to the hotel when I check out. The staff was apologetic and said the manager would contact me however I've not heard from anyone. I don't expect to, but I just hope they can work out the kinks for people staying there in the future.

Hotel stuff absolutly excellent

Rooms were extremely hot and air conditioning was not working for entire priod of my stay.
