Excellent location Good choice of food Comfortable rooms Friendly staff
Nothing to complain sbout
Not worth what you pay for
Very friendly staff and full of information.
The cost of breakfast I felt was expensive for location.
The fact the single bed was wider than standard singles. It was very comfortable. I liked the way I could utilise the pool area free of charge as a guest.
The fan in the ensuite was on all night and this got a bit annoying and I found it hard to get to sleep.
big room lift to all floors
room right beside lift-noisy room very dusty- could clearly right your name on top of head board and lights were covered in dust.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice.
The bathroom looked old and in need of a deep clean or replace.
Staff comfortable bed tea and coffee facilities
noise from main road and railway room too hot duty manager entering room for no apparent reason when we were at dinner
Room heating not working room cold at night pillows uncomfortable . Table at dinner at night beside fire exit we all cold sat with jackets on at times service slow because wedding function but we are paying guests to
Pool spa facilities free great bonus Free wifi great
Rooms quite small need referb soon
Good free leisure facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Went there because they have a car hire desk located in the lobby.
Car hire website described the location as Inverness Downtown. Actually a long way from rail station.
Free wifi throughout the hotel was excellent. Room was clean and staff were friendly
No tea/coffee in room. Room was very hot and main road too close to have window open. Dinner staff were friendly but very chaotic given it was a quiet evening
Coach full checking in only one member of staff. Restaurant closed because of coach parties
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and had even arranged early breakfast for the marathon runners like myself that had to be away before usual breakfast even started. Room was lovely with a queen bed even though I had assumed it would be a single. Big TV screen, nice bathroom although the shower was a bit old and all the amenities and facilities one would expect. Thought it was a bit expensive at £115 for the night and wondered if they were just making the most out of the Marathon weekend trade... Apart from the price, was well impressed and higy satisfied.
The price seemed high
The hotel was everything we wanted. Good facilities with pool sauna and exercise area all in good order. Staff throughout the hotel very friendly and helpful. Very close to center of town. Great choice for breakfast and good dinner menu.
Good food, breakfast was very good
dinning tables and glasses were dirty .Room was airless and stuffy no ventilation couldn't open window because of traffic noise , not a good nights sleep.Furniture and paint work a bit tired, TV was bad only 5 channels available and no red button service
Excellent location. Room 2 was great and very large.
Wifi was very spotty unless near the office.
The facilities were great value for money, the staff went out of their way to help with any questions that were asked. All in all an excellent stay
Nice hotel to the standard you expect from this company.
I was in a single room on the top floor. The room smelt of drains as soon as I opened the door. It was also very noisy even with the window shut as there is an elevated dual carriage approx 150 mtrs away and a railway very near the hotel, the traffic didn't stop until late evening and the trucks started at 0530. The trains, although of the short sprinter type were very noisy.
The roast beef sandwiches and chips I ordered in the lounge bar was not fresh bread and the chips were cold of which I left. I didn't even get a napkin. I complained to duty manager and she was very pleasant but I will not order the roast beef sandwiches again especially at the price. Also I ordered a pint of Stella which was served in an ordinary lager glass not a Stella glass. So disappointed and thinking of going somewhere else in Inverness in the future.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Fire alarm went off at 4am
the staf were helpfull
had to wait for room
The hotel was well situated for our our purpose, handy to/from the airport. The city centre was also easy to get to. , We chose it because it was convenient for visiting a grandson who had just settled in Inverness in a new job. We were very pleased with all we found.
On a bus route as we were travelling by train and the bus stops are outside the hotel.
