Stayed for one night before doing a lochness tour. Easy to find off highway but a distance from the city centre. Room was clean and tv with lots of channels. Overall good stay.
Curtains too long over heater so all hot air went up to the window and not around the room. Had to fold curtain ok window sil.
Close to town lovely clean room nice staff shower great!!
free wifi, decent breakfast, good location, quiet
no shuttle to airport. Would be prepared to pay for the service. But suppose it is complicated to set up
Very friendly well run hotel. nothing to complain abou here!!!

Position Staff Room
Bed wasn't comfiest. Kept moving away from wall even just sitting on it on leaning on it.
Comfortable room Friendly , efficient staff Leisure facilities Comprehensive choice at buffet breakfast
Extremely high bar prices Restricted evening food menu- especially if you are resident for three or four nights.the New Year's Day buffet was extremely disappointing.
hotel sorting out booking that was confirmed by booking .com it was for two nights in ex-room for two on 31st dec until 2nd jan 2015 got there and room was only booked for 31st dec for one night so had to rebook hotel for the two nights but in a double standard room not what I promised my wife but hotel really tried to help us but hotel was full staff were great.
the way you made a mess of my booking after sending me a confirmation email telling me it was all booked. thanks for the staff of the thistle hotel inverness
I was in a room that was too far away to use the WiFi connection.
Radio at Breakfast Breakfast should be a silent meal.If road reports are needed they can be obtained on TV in the room.
Lovely hotel and pool, good food, friendly staff apart from one male who didn't speak at all and looked like he was a manager?
No baby changing in toilets beside restaurant, had to go back to room, also baby changing station in pool changing rooms had faulty belt so not safe to use
The room is a bit dated. The carpet and curtains need changing.
Staff were very welcoming, polite, attentive and efficient. Particular praise to Carol- Anne. Restaurant served excellent dinner and breakfast. This Hotel will be my preferred choice when in Inverness
Check in slow and did not listen very well
every thing was great enjoyed my stay very much will certainly go back at some stage
Proximity to the A9
Room Furnishings were tired, and the TV did not work properly the remote being held together by gaffer tape. The Breakfast was blank and lukewarm.
the staff were very helpful , the food was great and the bed was comfy
the bathroom vent woke me up at 3.30 am .I could hear the traffic on the main road
Lovely hotel, lovely room, breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. Good wifi, hotel in good location, not far from train station, airport and shops. Would stay again
Staff nice & helpful, beds comfy, breakfast good, leisure facilities lovely....
My only suggestion as we have stayed on a few occasions as softer/feather pillows be an option & bar prices be more reasonable as we never have a drink in your bar as way too expensive but would be nice.!! That's all..:)
Friendly, helpful receptionist Convenient Nice room Large car park
A glass of wine was nearly £7 which is too much at anyone's budget. My home made fish pie was definitely home made... very hot, and lots of bones; decidedly average. The dozen or so pieces of overcooked green beans and carrot in stark contrast were cold, and that was it. At around £13 it was not good value for money. I left some of the pie and most of the veg and popped down to the local supermarket for a bottle of wine and some nibbles to keep me going.
Clean and comfortable, friendly staff and outstanding facilities and location, both N/S and E/W roads
Method of charging for breakfast! OK, I can eat £10 of all that was on offer but my family programme meant I had a bowl of fruit one day and nothing on another (very early start) but still paid the £10
Good location and wifi. Room was ok and got a decent nights sleep. The shower was good too.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. Room service food was also not amazing. A bigger TV and more cosy bed would have improved my experience.
Very helpfull reception staff, especially Emily.
welcoming friendly staff excellent comfortable room good quality dining great breakfast
didn't find any faults
