We had an overnight stay - very easy to find coming off the a9.

Nothing to do with the hotel - the hold-ups at the Kessock Bridge!

Staff, food and price all good for weekend break city hotel.

We found the hotel very warm (Heat wise). All the eating and drinking areas were constantly very hot. Staff were very helpfull and courteous, annoying speaking elevators, so do not get a room near the elevators, we did but we managed to change rooms. Stay away from the kfc restaraunt across from hotel, chicken was raw but they did refund money. Rooms are very small and no ventalation in bathrooms. Booking .com confused payment on there web page, stated that payment charged when you book the room, but does not, so when you check out you get charged then, very confusing. Maybe they should invest in their own shuttle buses, just a thought. Oh! And please change bathroom faucets to single from the hand burning or hand freezing 1950's separate taps. One more thing, shower curtains are laden with germs, why do you still have these, they cling to you when you eventually figure out the needle stinging shower and ask at the front desk for a rubber mat for the very slippy and dangerous bath tub. Probarbly will not stay there again. Thank you, spoiled American.

Rooms were refurbished, clean, and supplied with high quality linens. Beds were quite comfortable.

Not been told I had to register my credit card when checking in about charging drinks at the bar to your room . Extremely short staffed . Mould in bathroom Dinner very dry and cold and very dissapointing nice presentation though .

ideal location, great for getting on the A9 in the morning. The shower was also very good

My room was in need of decorating, I also thought the food & drink was very expensive for what it was. The male staff need to smile like the females did

The fact that I emailed asking for my card to be charged as it was a present but when my family members got there, they were asked for their card, a pre-auth amount held so they clearly knew the room rate (which I had put in my requests to be hidden from them!)

The staff were exceptionally friendly an efficient and the facilities were good

The buffet breakfast food was good but the servery layout was poor also when in scottish hivhlands you expect scottish black pudding not a cheap version small point but took the gloss of an otherwise brilliant stay

Julie first point of contact left me waiting at the desk while dealing with phone call no apology no sorry defiantly would not employ her she's certainly in the wrong job. Had no problem with other staff who were very helpful.
