Quiet location, ease of parking, proximity to open country, spaciousness of interior. Ambient music generally to loud and intrusive for those with deaf-aids. Lack of swimming-pool, which your Website promised, which was one reason why we stayed there. Please update site. |

The location was ideal for us, and the quality of the hotel combined with the special 2 night rate was unbeatable value. we paid more for just a room in a 3 star hotel on other nights of our trip. The menu was varied and the free 3 course dinner we had was excellent, as was the breakfast. |

It was a relaxing, last minute weekend away from the usual hustle & bustle. The hotel was lovely and peaceful. Lots of coastal walks nearby. Dinner menu although very good, after a couple of nights the choice should be changed. |

The hotel is well situated, The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were good. Size of room was good. The breakfast was very good. The evening meals were very overpriced and not cooked very well. One evening I don't believe that the food was freshly cooked, it appeared warmed up. |

The room was very large with two big, firm comfortable beds with separate loo and toilet and plenty of lights - so many hotels these days have gloomy rooms. No - it was excellent. |

the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the food was of a high standard and the room that we were in was massive and well decorated. what made our weekend stay really good was that we were allowed to bring our dog "Robbie" there were plenty dog walks for him. we liked every thing about the hotel and what it had to offer. What we did notice was that a breakfast tray that was left outside a room on the ground floor was left lying for hours before it was removed. other than that no other complaint. |

Lots of parking available Lack of communication amongst the staff - mentioned 3 times via phone about attending a wedding at a local hotel yet when transport arrived they told the driver that there were no guests staying that were attending when in fact there were 2 parties attending. |
