Big bed, decent TV
Was a bit expensive food menu and to warm
Staff with great customer care skills. Food prices were very reasonable. Piano being played very relaxing.
Older supervisor staff with no manners. Rooms very hot.
Good value Nice reception staff Excellent location Good food
Could not get golf on sky
Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lovely and overall atmosphere of hotel very nice
Wi-fi was atrocious, dropped out/froze continuously. Couldn't work at all whilst I was there.
We had a huge room! Never had two double beds, great space for family. As the aircon didn't work a fan had been provided. Thoughtful. Quiet and comfortable, what more do you need. Staff very helpful and friendly too.
The playground was in a state of disrepair. Really bad actually, and yet you could still access it??? But we didn't go for the playground, but I do think it would be nice to be renewed.
Nothing can be complain about, and really value for money 10/10 perfecto
Staff were lovely and very helpfull .
Bit over priced for breakfast .
Handy for travelling in Ayrshire.
The room was unhealthily warm, window open as far as it would go, the temp controller was at "Zero", & with the fan on as well, so it was a sleepness night for us both! Reception unable to help! So do you operate a " Good Night's Sleep, or your money back" like the Premier Inns? Regards, Frank McG
over priced for amenities and food. a hike to the bedroom especially when your key doesn't open the door on your second night .
1. Free wifi 2. Bed, Mattress and Pillow 3. Bell boy service was provided to us 4. Good Room Size 5. Country side view amazing.
1. No AC 2. No Lift 3. Expensive as compare to hotels in Glasgow
This was the biggest room we were able to book during our trip to Scotland. There were 3 double beds, and ample space for our family's suitcases. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Superb value for money.
Efficiency of booking. Great food Comfortable, spacious room with king-size bed. Friendly, helpful staff
No spa or swimming pool etc.
Last time I stayed here, I commented about the reception staff. This time I have no complaints, they were attentive and welcoming. Thank you.
The size of the room, the friendliness of the staff. Loved the piano player in the lounge on an evening. Cooked breakfast was fantastic.
Could have done with a bit more cereal choice for kids.
Not a lot
Staff very helpful Breakfast very good choice Good atmosphere Parking
Warm room but fan provided
The Staff, especially in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and the room was spotless. We would use this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family.
Some of the furniture in the restaurant looked a little tired and in need of attention.
Lovely comfy beds. Upgraded to a bigger room but we were only 2 and had 2 doubles and one singe. Would rather have had breakfast included instead
Expensive breakfast. Loads of dust everywhere and toilet seat had yellow stain that I took to be just old but think was calcified wee from not being cleaned as I managed to scrup off with wipes. Ugh.
We used this hotel on our visit to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow as accommodation in Glasgow was either fully booked or out of our price range during the period of the games. From the hotel it was easy to get onto the motorway into Glasgow and the day we didn't go into Glasgow we spent on the Isle of Arran after just a short journey to the ferry port, a lovely peaceful place to come back to after hectic days out
Very comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast.
Breakfast was let down by staff not keeping items topped up and not clearing tables. The staff were there but depending on the supervisors worked to differing levels.
Large and comfortable room. Very quiet throughout stay and extremely we'll signposted to locate hotel. Enjoyed stay and would recommend to friends.
Double bed was damaged but staff tried to repair but unable. Did not spoil our stay.
Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced, could so with a bit of updating but rooms were comfortable. Quiet location and easy access to train station
Very relaxing hotel good food
