Very helpful and kind staff. Good rooms - room service 24h and only 5 pounds to pay for food deliveres in room. Breakfast was great. Quiet hotel. I liked it a lot. Air conditioning was not working properly - my room was quite cold. |

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and hotel was in a great location for shopping and nightlife. Hotel and rooms were spotless. Nice view from out hotel room on the third floor. Thought rooms and bathroom would have been bigger. Thought they were very small for a four star hotel and was disappointed that you had to pay £5 for room service. |

The staff were helpful and the breakfasts served very well. We were able to leave our bags on the last day which was good Double glazing would assist in the room we stayed in as we could hear the main road |

Room was lovely, clean and had great facilities and a lovely view over the albert dock It was really cold as it was a smoking room so they had obviously kept the window open so that it didn't smell but the air conditioning to heat the room was not working. I'm sure that had I called reception they would have dealt with this though it's just that I had an exam in the morning and was very stressed so head didn't work in a logical way!! |

The room was warm and comfortable Dining finished at 9pm and having arrived just at this time ordered room service, however was just lucky to receive this as the Room Service Chef leaves at 9pm as well. Unusual for such a large city centre hotel. |

We had a large twin room on a corner overlooking the Liver Building and the Mersey. It was spacious and very comfortable. Very small wardrobe. We had two doubles booked and they were very small but adequate for a 1 night stay. Ideal position for sightseeing in Liverpool. it was an extremely cold day and the heating had not been put on in advance of our visit. No written instructions how to work the heating just a remote control. The room was not adequately warm until the next morning when we were ready to book out. The double rooms being smaller warmed up quicker. One of the double rooms the electricity didnt work and we had to have another room. Not a problem as the hotel was not busy. Staff were quick to help. |

An excellent stay in an executive double. Modern and clean. Staff very helpful. English breakfast was lovely in a comfortable lounge instead of a cafeteria style room like some hotels. |
