The hotel is very well located. The Hoppa bus is very useful to get from or to the airport. Despite of fact it is near Heathrow, we can not hear nothing inside the room. |

It was convenient for an early flight. The lack of a kettle to make a hot drink was VERY disappointing |

they were aware of the situation that travellers passing through Heathrow/London face and were very helpful with such details we "foreigners" had to settle. For example, we were able to leave a suitcase in storage for a few days and that was quite helpful.....and, it meant we were pleased to come back to the Hotel for another, unplanned, night's stay. thanks |

Awful check in!!! Although already reseved on my card they refused to take payment on check in but went throgh the rigmorole of me authorizing my card - then wanted me to do it all again at checkout.Told them I didn't want card left open for extras - but a real struggle to get them to listen. No wonder check in/out is so slow if they do things twice!!! |

the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was ok. the tv had freeview so that was good checking in was not great. 4 people behind desk but they didnt seem to be very efficient - maybe they were new. Also had booked online a deluxe room and got checked in to a standard so had to go all the way downstairs again with luggage to sort it out. Also found the rooms very small compared to other hotels i have stayed at |

Its cheaper than the other hotels on the Bath Road. I stay at the thistle Hotel once a year as I'm the DJ at the DreamFlight event held at the Renaissance Hotel. Its a charity event so I donate my services free of charge. The parking at the hotel is terrible. It took approx 45 minutes to find a parking space at 11 in the evening. After a long day and evening working it really is not good enough. Residence parking at £8 per night is also not needed. |

Location and welcome registration with lady also service in bar very good Room 404 was not deluxe so small, so what is a standard one then? Also 1 shower gel 1 soap etc for 2 persons! Found one porters attitude rude when I asked about hopper to airport shame I bothered him. Need service at the front for coffee no one at this post. |

Not much. Breakfast was OK but over-priced. This hotel was unsatisfactory on most counts, not least as regards accessibility by public transport (it's very inconvenient from central London, rather better to LHR) and the hassle of traipsing through a large car park to and from reception. The interior was generally musty, shabby and depressing. The hotel was claustrophobic because of the maze of narrow corridors and lots of stairs e.g. down and up to breakfast room. This hotel feels like a badly designed though relatively recent building that has now become run down. The room was very small & the bed extremely uncomfortable. There were long narrow corridors to negotiate & no lift. No food was available at the bar after 10pm (some food ordered before 10pm was delivered to another customer after 10pm.) The staff were not particularly helpful & the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Staff at reception appeared to have no record of my reservation when I called in advance. With the breakfast included the total price was £3.45 more than if I had booked direct with the hotel. |

Convenience to Heathrow Airport and availability of transport there. Staff were very efficient and helpful. The hotel is rather weary in appearance and plane noise was evident, although not intrusive. |

The helpfullness of all the staff and the great help of the Porters with the luggage and showing how to book in online for flight. The Breakfast was very good, the location of the restaurant interesting and the staff there efficient and cheerful. No, I shall recommend it to all my friends and intend to use it next year when we take another holiday frim Heathrow. |

This was within easy access to the airport The lack of a lift to allow those with luggage, which all clients have to take luggage to rooms and from rooms is not good enough when you consider the price of the accommodation. All clients when discussing the accommodation commented on the extrems cost to eat and drink at the hotel. This is obviously a hotel that is used by international clients and as such we all compare the prices we are paying with what we get. Whilst waiting outside, sitting in lounge or talking along the corridors all guests were commenting on the prices or the accommodation (aware you have to be competitive with other hotels in the area) however the cost of food , drink etc is extreme and most clients sought alternatives when possible. |

There was no ' house number' to put into the gps, and the hotel was down a service road, consequently it was very difficult to find. 20 minutes and two phone calls to the hotel. Worst of all, your website promised us a free breakfast, the hotel refuted this, and, to be fair to the hotel, there was nothing on our printout from your site indicating that we were entitled. |
