I arrived at 10pm and had to wait 30 mins to check in. The rooms look the same as when I last stayed 20 years ago! |

No aircraft noise despite proximity to Heathrow. Having booked this hotel because of the parking provision, it was nearly impossible to find a parking place. Check-in was long and slow and then they had no record of my booking. |

Poor service due to being undermanned- poor food service- over 1 hr to wait for a meal is very bad; absolutely expensive breakfast - that the food is poor selection. No assistance with bagage - overal a very poor experience |

I found this hotel to be a good location to the airport given I had to fly in late at night and then fly out early the next morning - the rate was also good. Even though the rate I got was good I found my room to be shabby and in need of updating the furniture etc there was also what looked like rust or mould marks around the bath tiles and taps. |

close location to Airport. long term parking facilities. Noticed the staff very slow in serving customers, everytime we have stayed there. very slow with check in and cueck out, quite happy to let customer wait at check in desk until you ask them to serve you. The last time We stayed there we were given a room that did not have any coffee and tea facilities. The bed was very small for two people, compared to previous stays. |

Very friendly and efficient restaurant manager. This is a more basic hotel than we had imagined it to be. It all needs serious upgrading. |

Location, parking over 3.5 day period and hopper bus. Poor bar areas, slightly scruffy appearance of hotel, very slow check-in and check-out. It was very, very slow and not down to the number of people waiting. It was just slow! |

Convenience from airport Stayed here many times. Air-conditioning in rooms doesn't always work well, or work at all. No apology or discount. |

Cleanliness The room too hot even though the air conditioner was one and the windows needs to be opened for fresh air especially NOW in summer time. I wonder why there is no small bottles of drinking water and herbal tea bags at least for a welcome pack in the room. Transport connection from terminal 4 is terrible I took 3 different buses to enable me reach the hotel. |

Very convenient location, just 5 minutes from Heathrow's Terminal 5; excellent price, restaurant has a great view of Heathrow and the food was good. I paid GBP 50 for the night and it was definitely well worth the price. |

Cannot comment as the Hotel was fully booked when I arrived and Ihad to stay at the Park Inn, together with a few other people. However, your night manager organized everything very efficiently and I had a pleasant stay at the Park Inn. The fact that you had overbooked and I had to go to another hotel. |

The price I was quoted on line was reasonable - however it was not the price they wanted to charge me when they could not find my booking even when I showed them my proof of booking. the price went from 50 to 75 Although I had booked in advance the clerk could not find the booking in the system (20 minuee wait) and also the fact that I wanted to pay in cash caused another 5 minute wait while he found someone to check this with.Your access to the Internet was poor - a voucher system and there were no vouchers available!!! |

Close to the airport Too much time to wait at reception for checking in. It looks a long procedure to check in. It is not possible to open the window so the air is changed only by air conditioning. The heating is supplied by air conditioning. As per my prevoius experience to another Thistle hotel in uk it means that in the cold season you need time to have a warm room. |

We used the restaurant and it was excellent. This is good as there are not many options within walking distance from the hotel. |

Everything worked. Staff helpful. Bed very comfortable. Hopper bus to airport. Not enough milk/biscuits in the in-room tea/coffee provision. This was hidden away in a drawer and I would not have found it without staff help. |

It was a lovely hotel, but I thought the tea making facilities were poor. The hotel was very stingy with milk, etc The fact that you advertise the use of a swimming pool and spa, but in fact it is up the road. When I decided to go for a leisurely swim it was closed!!! |
