Очень удобное расположение по отношениюк аэропорту Хитроу терминалу 5. От терминала 5 до отеля можно доехать на бесплатном автобусе 423 за 5-6 минут, дальше на метро до Лондона. Недалеко от отеля есть ресторанчик, где можно поесть если ресторан отеля не устраивает. Номера удобные. По возможности обновить сантехнику. Неясно зачем при прибытии как гарантию оплаты по кредитной карточке резервирую двойную стоимость проживания. |

I was very good for terminal 5 and very easy on the bus shuttle or taxies we where ok because we had a down stairs room as we could not climb the stairs |

The restraunt food was good and the rooms very clean. The chambermaid was very friendly and helpful when I was ill. The receptionist got me out of bed to pay for the room, I had actually paid for it 2 nights before and he was rather rude although he was wrong. Also it would've been helpful to have card payment machines in all bars and restraunts. I was there for the Hallowhedon convention and the buffet food was rather poor. |

Ease of accesss to Terminal 5. Good service of food in bar. No lift therefore had to negotiate stairs with suitcases. |

The reservation was honored quickly. Proximity to airport was great - room was quiet after midnight and the departures after 6:00 am were a gentle wake up call. Room was clean - shower excellent, good value for a nights rest. Hoppa bus had us at terminal 4 in about 10 minutes. |

In close vicinity to airport, easy access with airport shuttle at only 4 pound from 4am. Accessible prices on 'offer' rooms. Very cramped rooms, fairly old fit out (both restaurant and rooms) and age-ing amenities such as stained toilet and tea cups. |

It was convenient that the hotel has a bar and restaurant, also the transfer to the airpost is convenient, although the internet site claims it is for free. |

They said I did not have a reservation and I had to show them on my laptop that I was confirmed, after I had to pay 6 pounds to purchase the einternet access card, I was not impressed. |

Staff was not helpful or knowledgable. Computer access was not available. Was not able to get a wake-up call. Restaurant service was very slow and I waiting almost a half hour to get a drink. |

The hotel is very well located. The Hoppa bus is very useful to get from or to the airport. Despite of fact it is near Heathrow, we can not hear nothing inside the room. |

When we arrived at the hotel we walked straight up to the counter to checkin. It took the staff over 15 minutes to book us in. This is too long to check in. |

they were aware of the situation that travellers passing through Heathrow/London face and were very helpful with such details we "foreigners" had to settle. For example, we were able to leave a suitcase in storage for a few days and that was quite helpful.....and, it meant we were pleased to come back to the Hotel for another, unplanned, night's stay. thanks |

Awful check in!!! Although already reseved on my card they refused to take payment on check in but went throgh the rigmorole of me authorizing my card - then wanted me to do it all again at checkout.Told them I didn't want card left open for extras - but a real struggle to get them to listen. No wonder check in/out is so slow if they do things twice!!! |

the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was ok. the tv had freeview so that was good checking in was not great. 4 people behind desk but they didnt seem to be very efficient - maybe they were new. Also had booked online a deluxe room and got checked in to a standard so had to go all the way downstairs again with luggage to sort it out. Also found the rooms very small compared to other hotels i have stayed at |
