Convenient location next to Heathrow T5. Hoppa buses leave every 30 minutes to any terminal (at 4.50GBP). Terrace is a nice place for breakfast if you like looking at planes taking off and landing.

The hotel needs serious tlc, it is very tired. The air-con in the room is about 100 years old and the cover fell off at one point scattering dust onto my opened suitcase. As you walk through the corridors it looks very scruffy. Someone's room service left-overs were left outside of the room for at least 7 hours (old breakfast smell!). Walking through endless corridors with a suitcase, avoiding plates of food lying around is not ideal as you are trying to leave to catch an insanely early flight.

The location is excellent, the facilities are great, good value for money, especially with free WiFi...I Do not stay at any place that charges for WiFi. The staff were very accomodating, even allowing my rental vehicle to stay in the carpark without an extra charge on the day of departure as I had a late flight and wanted to catch the tube to London for the day. The late checkout is also a very welcome point. The view from the bar (Heathrow) is also very entertaining. I will stay there again when I get back to London.

Only a minor thing, but the lack of a lift to the 1st floor when lugging a case is a bit difficult, but as I said only a minor point...not really a complaint.

Failed public relations, when very unhelpful with regards to a "deposit" for full payment, in the form of credit card authorisation although you specified that there is no need for a deposit. Suffered for 8 hours after a long and exhausting travel, until I managed to sort out an alternative which could have been presented as an option initially by the check in staff. I can supply full details of my ordeal under another cover if you wish to know. But I am very upset with the experience and really suffered both mentally and physically.

Facilities this would be a great value option apart from the location

Location. It advertises as been one of the closest to T5 ,in reality it is a 15 minute £20 taxi ride as you have to exit the airport and double back.there are many other hotels nearer that you pass.

The only plus point was it's close distance from a fast food chain

Did not enjoy the stay found dirty towels, dirty pillows and an overall bad experience I have been to cheaper hotels which had better facility's

The friendly staff, the fantastic frree wifi and the great location.

Too much noise coming from room doors banging at odd hours.

Your Bar - well stock and service could improve - Your front desk staff very helpful and courteous.

The viewing lounge

The reception was quite ok and the room very comfy. I enjoyed watching planes fly and land at its viewing terrace.

The receptionist muddled up my accounts. Instead of £163.02 on my bill, he preauthorised £230 and charged me a further £163.02 on checking out. I could not retrieve the balance before I left London. I was left stranded and frustrated!!!

Convenient to get to from LHR. free Wifi, consistently helpful front desk.

No courtesy bus, hotel hoppa is 4.5 GBP. LHR is the only airport I know where you have to pay to get to an airport hotel.

I liked that it was close to heathrow, which meant we got to the airport easily. Food was lovely and room was clean and comfortable.

The room was far too hot, was very difficult to sleep. When we put the aircon on it was far too loud and windows didn't open which meant i stuggled to sleep regardless, which is not sensible when you have a flight at 7.30 in the morning.
