Beds were very comfortable! Staff were polite and helpful. Nice cleanly rooms, sheets weren't changed though however. Very comfortable rooms. Could of done with a wireless connection, as it was advertised online with a wireless, but we had to use a cable to the wall to use the internet what was provide in the room. I think the shower plug was perhaps blocked, as it tool very long for it to drain. Had to stand around for a bit. But overall, I'm very pleased with my stay in the hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again! Thankyou! The false advertising in having wireless internet. But there wasn't and instead they provided you with a Internet cable, which worked, sort if, sometimes. Blocked shower drain. The lack of changing sheets for the 3 nights we stayed, I think they were changed once, which I guess is ok..

Good food in restaurant, also the breakfast was very good. Easy access to the train station. Staff was helpful. The room was small and the bathroom lousy - definitely remembers better times. The reception area and restaurant was very cold. Also, we could hear people next door talking.

The convenience of the shopping mall, the location of the hotel and the politeness of all the staff particular Lauren who is a waitress in the restaurant, she was so helpful and bubbly and made our evening meal so pleasant. I say this every time I fill these reviews in, and that is the problem of having to pay for parking in the shopping mall car park, then having to walk to the hotel from the car park.

The staff were friendly The room was very small -- possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. The car parking came at additional cost.

I stayed on 2 separate occasions over the course of 4 days, as a staging post for Luton airport. On my 1st stay I booked a single room which had obviously been recently refurbished to a high standard and had a very comfortable bed. The wi-fi worked well and the Breakfast was fine and the staff were helpful. The single room I stayed in was tiny and the hotel airconditioning fans were situated right outside the window so woke me up when they turned on in the early hours. So, on my second stay I asked to be upgraded to a larger room as I do have a best Western loyalty card. The check-in clerk obliged and put me in to a larger double room. But any extra space was taken up by an additional single bed squeezed in to the room to make it suitable for a family of 3 - so there was not any extra space. In addition the room was in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpet was stained and the paintwork chipped and grubby. The bathroom was tiny and the bath, sink and sealant around the edges were all stained. The bed was old and uncomfortable. Obviously the management have recognised that the rooms need updating and my experience of the small single room's finish would indicate that they are doing it to a good standard. However, it takes time to refurbish an entire hotel - so in the meantime, ensure to ask for one of the refurbished rooms if you stay here!

Hotel is based in a prime location and lends ease of access to the local shopping mall and shops alongside the streets. Saves you time, hassle and money which is usually spent on travelling to and fro.

Good value for money accomodation and easy access to central London since the train station is located relatively very near to the hotel. The closeness of shopping mall is very convenient too. This is not the first time we stayed at the hotel and never had any qualms. This time however, I was quite disappointed at the restaurant. Twice during our 3 night stay a sea bass dish was not available though mentioned in the menu. For our fist visit we therefore had no choice but to try the other fish dish available on the men. But when this happened the second time the following night we decided to go to another restaurant.

Perfect location right beside shopping centre and easy access for Luton Town and railway station - 5 mins walk away. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, always smiling and ready to help. Room spotlessly clean, good size and quiet. Will definitely go back there when visiting Luton again. The only small thing was that the shower curtains in the Bath could do with changing, and the soap holder as well, otherwise no real complaints.

The food was excellent. All service we received from the staff was excellent. Although the reception and restaurant were well presented, we found the rooms to be of not such a good standard. They were clean, but could do with refurbishment.

I was extremley pleased with the hotel, however the parking was ridiculous. They should look at getting parking validation for the multi- story car park. Availability to shops was exceptional and the service of all staff was brilliant, above and beyond. The parking would be the only thing stopping me from staying here in the future. The night staff (one inparticular) was unhelpful and rude but the catering and day staff were very nice, welcoming and excellent with their services.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very good my only downside was the room, it hadnt been dusted in a long while but the bed was very comftable, the room was a smoking one and the bathroom was very tiny, and you couldnt get much sleep because of nosey people outside hotel and the trains but this isnt the hotels fault, However the service from the staff was amazing the resturant was brilliant and the food was very good as was room service and they even did us a packed breakfast due to our early morning flight, so overall it was very good and I would highly reccomned it I would defiantley use it again, It was just the room but your not spending much time in a room

Hotel was nice, friendly staff, it was clean, rooms look nice. The bathroom was fine, but had stains in the bath, so it didn't look very inviting to take a bath. You can hear water running in other rooms.

We have chosen this hotel as it is close enough to the airport (we only needed accommodation for one night - transfer) and also to the city centre for a bit of retail therapy (it is located right next to the Mall). would reccommend, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good value for money.

Location adjacent to Luton's shopping precinct is excellent. My room was tiny with old furniture. In spite of the low price, the value was not good. All staff offhand.

handy for the airport The original room I booked into (905 I think) was at the front and was very noisy I think from some fans or generators, add to that the noise of the aircon or something in the room, it was clear I wasn't going to get any sleep. I asked to be moved and was given a new room at the back which was ok.
