Beds were very comfortable! Staff were polite and helpful. Nice cleanly rooms, sheets weren't changed though however. Very comfortable rooms. Could of done with a wireless connection, as it was advertised online with a wireless, but we had to use a cable to the wall to use the internet what was provide in the room. I think the shower plug was perhaps blocked, as it tool very long for it to drain. Had to stand around for a bit. But overall, I'm very pleased with my stay in the hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again! Thankyou! The false advertising in having wireless internet. But there wasn't and instead they provided you with a Internet cable, which worked, sort if, sometimes. Blocked shower drain. The lack of changing sheets for the 3 nights we stayed, I think they were changed once, which I guess is ok..

Very convenient for shopping cinema eating out and airport. Ideal for travellerrequiring relaxing evening before flying. Very comfortable double bed. Helpful receptionist Overpriced food, cramped room, tired decor and very substandard bath condition.

The room was far too hot as the window could not be opened enough to let air in but equally as the secondary glazing did not cover all the window it was noisy.

The location was fine, bit confused about the parking, room was more than i expected, supprisingly quiet considering the town centre location, realy pleased with my choice of hotel, i think i would deffinatly stay there agian. The only bad point was we arrived at 8.15pm and tired, after settling in the room i noticed there was no tea/coffee facilities, after 3 phone calls to recepion and two hours later at 10.45 pm we recieved the kettle and cups, i have to say the assistant manager who delivered the items as well as a complementory glass of wine was most helpfull and understanding.

I stay at the Best Western Strathmore on a regular basis and as always I find the staff at the hotel excellent. Every time I stay I am confident that the food will always be good and the cleanliness of my room will be first class. I will certainly be staying there again and again.

This hotel was booked to fit in with a trip to wimbledon and flight connections. The location close to Luton and a train link direct to Wimbledon made this a realtively easy and comfortable mini break.I Would do this again. The hotel receptionist was very helpful and wakeup call and taxi were organised efficiently. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I slept well!

Menzies was a good location and central. Room clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly but absolutely no sense of urgency. Hotel bar was very disappointing - poor. Very little variety. Bar staff did not know how to make irish. Coffees, bailey coffee, hot port, hot whiskeys. Empty spirit bottles were on display on shelf. Very few beer selections.

Comfortable and clean with free internet. Shopping mall next door. Rail station 05 min walk. They changed policy of blocking Credit Card and asked Cash upfront. This could be a problem for travellers coming without local currency. We managed (at 9pm) as we were a group and pooled in.
