Excellent, comfortable, clean, central Luton. 5 min from airport. In the town centre, next to the main shopping centre. Staff were very kind. Arrived late and received free upgrade, as well as 90 min free wifi. If you have a late flight into Luton, this is a far better option than travelling into London late at night. |

it was centrally located for my business visit the following morning the noise from outside my room window was intolerable. I couldn't sleep all night because of air vents or something coming from the kitchens When I told the receptionist she informed me I should have called them to request a room move I said I didnt think they would go on all night and at 1 am I couldnt face getting packed, dressed and moving room. She obviously must have had complaints before as she didnt seem surprised and knew about the vents> I thought it was too good a deal but even £50 is way too much to charge any one for a room so small you can hardly move in and so noisy I lay awake form 1am until I couldnt bear it any more at 5am and just got up in the end and packed. I will never stay there again as that was truly awful. |

Did not like having to put an amount of money on my credit card to allow room credit. [Never in my life before in any hotel in the world has this been ask of me, swipe yes but never an amount ] . paper falling of the walls in room paint coming off the ceiling due to bad repair work. |

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, though they needed to be because a failure of the key coding device left me stranded at reception (bar) for 45 minutes. The rooms have been updated but remain relatively small. |

I liked that there is an in-house health & beauty salon for massage, facials, manicure, etc. I am annoyed that I found the beauty salon by mistake. Why is it not advertised better? There should be leaflets in all rooms and in reception. I travelled externally for these facilities from the hotel because I was unaware and have spent over £20 in taxi fares. That could have been saved! |

Fantastic breakfast, great value and close to train station. Given a room with a double bed, when I booked a twin room. However this was quickly rectified. |

Difficult to give a full assessment as we only stayed a few hours! Having checked in around 20.00, we were off to the aiport after a wake up call at 04.15, so didn't require or have breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly and we enhoyed our very short stay! We had selected this hotel for its proximity to the railway station, as we had planned to reach it by train. However, at the last minute, relatives decided to take us there by car, but we didn't have time to find out exact instructions for getting there by car! Even on foot it was tricky, and we ended up having to carry suitcases up a metal staircase to reach the entrance. We found the signs a little confusing - but once we got there, we had a short, comfortable stay! |

fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised with price versus quality that I received, which is usually quite the opposite come to think of the british hotels. |
