The hotel is situated on Piccadilly and has easy access to shopping and all the nightlife of Manchester. Easy access to all areas of Manchester. Staff very friendly and proffessional, nothing too much trouble. The hotel s clean and of a very good standard. The rooms are equipped with everything you need except tea/coffee making facilities. Apart from that I thouroughly enjoyed the stay and would definately stay again. No tea/coffee making facilities in room

Bargain at £35 special offer bookin.com, Location, Clean, Shortbread Biscuit with tea :) Has swimming pool and sauna complimentary but didnt have time to use. Rooms small and bathroom needs updating Parking expensive

Bed was very comfortable. Reception staff helpful & pleasant. Good to have a noon checkout - helpful. Toilet seat lid broken (room 327) Made use of Sauna but fellow users (early Sunday morning) were shaving inside the Sauna. Very un-Hygenic ...a sign simply saying 'No shaving' inside Sauna' would help. I let the Spa attendant know.

The atmosphere is really nice and the location couldn't be better!! The room we were in wasn't spacious. We couldn't move around freely and had no place for our luggage. The walls are too thin, we could hear any conversation or form of movement outside our door.

Great location, couldn't fault it for that. Nice room, comfortable beds, but a little small. Breakfast was good, although buffet, and there was a lot of choice. The room was a little small and the bathroom was not as nice as you'd hope. Looked a little grimey, and was very small. The door wouldn't close.
