The room in which our client stayed was extremley hot, unable to turn down the heating, the fan was very noisy which kept my client awake |

Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast served by a very serviceminded girl. Next time in the area I will book this hotel again. |

We were very impressed with the hotel from the time we booked in. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The room was superb and the breakfast very nice. The surroundings and furnishings were very good quality. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was available for a wide time-band. I think the breakfast was quite expensive - there was no a la carte breakfast menu so it was not possible to pay a smaller amount e.g. to have something like tea abd toast. The website should probably have made it clear that it may be cheaper to pay a tariff including breakfast, rather than room only and add the breakfast when there. |

Plenty of parking in a secure car park and a nicely decorated hotel. Price paid £59 could include a continental breakfast.Breakfast finished at 10am which is too early for a Sunday. The Shower was too low for a male of average height. |

Excellent Food Rooms are visually clean, but if you move anything the dirt, not dudt although there a lot of that is very visable |

The dinning room staff were exceptional and the meals even breakfast was one of thje best I have had. The head waiter was no doubt in charge and took a pride in his area. I have stayed a few times and the service always impresses me. And for an airport hotel its been quiet to sleep in. Just an observation. The location of the heated towel rail, it catches your sholder as you set up the shower and its hot! |

The receptionist was very welcoming, helpful, had kindly upgraded me from a single to a double room. When I ordered room service they were more than happy to make me something from the a la carte menu. |

The Staff were very nice and the food was excellent. It was feezing!!!! With old windows!!! Th normal room rate was 125 I think the next night I stayed at the Lowry in Manchester yes its 170 a night but it makes the Menzies look like a $40 motel! |

Very clean, recently refurbished hotel that I would highly recommend as excellent value for money. The staff very attentive and friendly. Breakfast very good indeed with an excellent selection and hot food cooked freshly for you. I highly recommernd this hotel to other users. |

It should not have 4 stars. The shower was filthy & toilet didn't flush. Needs a management shake up! |
