BEST WESTERN PLUS Pinewood on Wilmslow    

Loved the gardens and the entrance area / bar area were really bright and stylish. The room was very well equipped, clean bathroom and comfy bed.

Did not like the Restaurant! Waited a long time for the food and when it arrived it wasn't hot or edible! The service in the Restaurant was very poor.

Nit picking: Shower curtain likes to blow into the shower during shower taking. Recommend a bowed curtain rod and/or magnets at bottom of curtain.

The staff (Simon, Lucy, Ehab and Russell) were efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, the grounds were beautiful.

The bathroom sink in room 39 needs to be replaced

The bar staff lacked knowledge and the service was only OK. More staff required on reception in morning as we had to wait some time to check out.

Room was a bit noisy from the road and the people above also the delivery of towels to the hotel at 4.10am in the morning .

We only stayed the night prior to flying on holiday - the staff were excellent and couldn't have done more if they tried

Comfortable beds, lovely food, very friendly staff. Luxury but with a laid back atmosphere. Nice gardens, plenty of parking. Only 5 minutes from the airport with plenty of options for shopping or country trips nearby.

The old adage 'don't judge the book by the cover' applies here. The hotel is not new but it has been kept very well, everything is maintained and works perfectly, a powerful shower and instant hot water. The real clincher for this hotel was the exceptional (best I've ever one across) attention from the staff, they were all polite, extremely helpful and cheerful. A pure delight. A lovely meal at both ends of the day and a comfortable bed, great!

Unfortunately it was very cold outside and this transferred through the glazing so sitting at the desk was a little uncomfortable over a long period of time. The heating was a little noisy too.

Close to Manchester airport but far enough away to give it that country feel

Small room tucked right out of the way overlooking a flat roof - I didn't feel safe going back to it alone at night. Also the shower was broken and had been "wedged" to make it work again. When I raised the height of it the tube bent and the water stopped coming out - then when I tried to wedge it again it squirted all over the bathroom - all in all a bit tired and shabby

It was all OK the staff were excellent.

Only stayed for the night but was pretty impressed with staff,comfort and cleanliness.Excellent breakfast in a lovely dining area.

Only a one night stay, but a great surprise. The team running the hotel were extremely polite and helpful. Very comfortable and engjoyable stay. No complaints whatsoever. Breaskfast was great with views of a typical English garden.

The stay was less than 12 hours so we only saw our room and reception.

Breakfast started too late, we had a plane to catch and would have liked a proper breakfast before leaving at 0645.
