The furnitures are so old need to change

I am client since 8 years and we are treated every time as new comings ,their should be a name reference in your computers that enable us for quick check in and out and a priveledge of treatment of the regular gest as up grading etec... We can take the airline rules as theory to apply to the hotel .

I liked the location firstly I also liked the atmosphere of people coming and going, the doormen and concierge were very friendly and helpful, and there was always taxis to be got. The food was quite good in the restaurant and the breakfast was good variety.

The only big disappointment was that there was no proper hair dryer in our deluxe room, those things In the bathroom are a waste of space, and this would be a big deal for your female guests.

The hotel was good but the single room was not up to the standard. Reception staff must be very carful when passing messages to the customers about the facilities and different options at the hotel. overall is good

When I did the booking I have requested for connected room. But on arrival I have been advised that the hotel doesn’t have connected room’s option in which I have accepted the offer as there is no alternative. After two days when discussing with on of the reception staff and while asking about the connected rooms he has advised me it’s available and possible in which I have paid more to get it where my initial request was for connected rooms.

Everything was Perfect. Great location for shopping and moving around.

Overly perfumed lobby and elevators, a bit nauseating. No minibar, water in the room. Just an empty fridge.

I called the concierge to fetch my bags from the room and keep it with them, they asked me to do it my self since I had only 1 big bag and a few packets. Very Lazy!

We liked the whole atmosphere, the location, the beautiful flower decorations and the serviceminded staff. In spite of being located on Oxford street, the room was quiet.

I wasn't expecting very much for a lower priced hotel, and I came for the location. The Thistle exceeded my expectations at every level. The room was excellent and much bigger than I expected. The most outstanding feature, however, is the staff. Every member I met was unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly. It was a joy to deal with them. Thank you. I'll definitely be back very soon.
