Excellent location, good breakfasts, the best croissants. Very old building, fire alarms went off several times (probably due to old wiring), some hotel staff hardly spoke English (for example one of consierges), very crowded breakfast hall, Internet didn't work. Very small, but renovated rooms. |

THe location is excellentt Porters: It took them alot of time to transfer me from a room to another, and I had to call them many times. Housekeeping: I put the Do Not disturbe and I left alot of personal stuff in the room and despite this they entered the room. When I asked them about it they told me because alot of customers forget to leave the "Do not disturbe" sign so they enter the room anyway, which is ridicules. |

Staff were helpful and responded promptly when asked. The young man in the bar was especially friendly, sadly though he was a student so he will be moving on. The room was not finished properly. No towels, No kettle, No Tea bags. This was all dealt with efficiently by the staff. |

Location, Staff helpful, excellent rooms Breakfast was well below the standard I would expect from this class of hotel, and food and drink was very expensive. |

Thistle Marble Arch is an expensive hotel which used to offer much mre service than today. The fridge in the room was empty and that is unusual for a hotel of this kind. The rooms were cleaned but looked very old. |

The location was great. Close to tube station and easy to travel all over London for site seeing and shopping. The Hotel was right on Oxford street and was very plush. The left luggage facility was very useful. Although we had to book out by 1100hrs we didn't leave London until 1900hrs and left the luggage at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and linen clean. Althought the room was lovely and on the eighth floor my partner found it hard to sleep because of the noise and volume of traffic through most of the night. The room looked down onto Oxford street. If we had been on the other side of the building it may have been quieter. I had a bath before bed each night and found that the water system made a noise above us in the ceiling for about half an... |

Firstly, the car park was next door to the hotel. Staff were excellent, articulate, helpful and knowledgeable about their environment. We upgraded to a suite at a discounted rate, and it proved to be excellent. We will use the hotel next time we stay in London. Many thanks |

I like the location, right in the centre of shopping district. None really. The only thing I was not happy about was that upon check-in, I specifically requested a room close to the elevator because of my weak knee but was given a room right at the end of the long corridor without warning me in advance. |

The bed was not a real bed. The base was like a camping bed and the mattress very thin and very hard. The pillows were very hard. The room was old when your advert is for modern art deco refurbished rooms. Your ad is therefore completely misleading. The phone numbers given by yourselves are also all wrong and belong to another hotel in Scotland! |

The location was ideal for our shopping and theatre break. The bathroom was disappointing- old poorly working taps and only one larger towel between two adults. |

The modern, art-filled Cumberland is perfect for Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Hyde Park, and has 2 Gary Rhodes restaurants. Feel inspired, relaxed, impressed and well looked after. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
Situated in the West End of London, this well-located hotel with free Wi-Fi is positioned in a secluded corner of picturesque, leafy Portman Square, near Marble Arch. |
Located opposite the V&A Museum, this Knightsbridge hotel combines elegant Edwardian architecture with tasteful contemporary design. |
