location is great specially if you are in for shopping. I can't remember anything else..! - The sign to my room 448 was not available, while having luggage after a long flight, this was annoying in such large hotel. - The taxi service provided by hotel was too expensive £80..! - safe was not working. called the hotel but no answer. |

They had no problem with providing a bucket of ice and some champagne glasses free of charge. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was a noisy protest march in front of the hotel, which showed up the lack of double glazing. |

its location, however all that is needed is a tiny entrance/exit from Oxford street. The hotel is nice too and kept well and the staff is very helpful ans efficient. |

The hotel was very clean and decorated beautifully, also it is in a fantastic location for tube links and Oxford St shopping. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment - food and drink were running out and not being replenished - despite staff promising that more was on its way - so I don't feel that it was really value for money. |

We had saved by booking with Booking.com which allowed us then to upgrade when we arrived at the hotel. We had a larger room and access to a business lounge with free drinks and snacks which was ideal as we were on a course where we would have normally had to cue and pay for refreshments. |

Everything except for below. Haven't seen other reviews. Reception was not visible or clearly indicated from the top of the stairs (the electronic signboard was too small, not very visible and not permanent being also an advert panel. Putting aside the space left over, it ought to be where the snack bar is which what we initially mistook for Reception. Very bad planning. Also the double gazing was not very sound resistant and our sleep in our beautiful room 639 in a very comfy bed was broken by noise outside. |

Very centralized and very close to the Oxford Street shops. Close to the Hyde Park. We took the upgrade package with the lounch of 30 Euros wich included the continental breakfast in the lounch and free drinks and coffee for 24hours. Value for money, also included was a biger and quite room. Big hotel, without the lounch package, people have to queue up for the breakfast. |

Good location and comfortable the breakfast was very expensive. We arrived at the breakfast room at 10.15 ( they told us breakfast was till 11). We found nothing to eat, we only took cereal and a cappuccino and they charged us full price. |

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately there was a bomb scare and the hotel had to be temporarily evacuated however this was very well organised and we were well informed. |
