Good location and some friendly staff.

Worst four star hotels I ever seen. Very poor value for money for an Executive King Room. The bathrooms need renovating (very noisy toilet siphon). Poor breakfast. Noisy Rooms. Horrible tv sound. Awful inner side window view. It was a bad experience & waste of money.

Often with London hotels, the rooms can be really small and noisy. Not so in this case - we had a family room which was more like a studio, plenty of room. Best of all, I made a request for a quiet room with all twin beds, which the hotel honoured - I had the best night`s sleep in a hotel in years! They provided us with a room which was so quiet it could have been in the country - and that is the other thing - the location is fantastic, round the corner is Oxford Street, with Selfridges, Marks and Spencer and all the other fantastic shops closer than our corner shop at home! This was the best London Hotel I have ever stayed in.

The "gym" so rubbish! About the size of our kitchen at home, with one rower, one cross trainer and one treadmill - if three people were in there it would be crowded! Secondly, there was some refurbishment going on, so the toilet in the bar/restaurant was a single hotel bedroom, and unfortunately it seemed to be permanently occupied by a Mother taking her six kids for a wee! Thirdly, at breakfast, the restaurant could not cope with the number of people, and the queue was nearly down the stairs - this may have been due to the refurbishment? Fourthly, the bar meal service was not good, and if you asked for anything slightly different to the menu, they were completely thrown. We never did receive our bread rolls!

That u can not leave your luggage at the luggage store !! thats what made me upset!! Because when I checked out I told the reception that I will check in again after 2 nights and I want to leave some of my luggage in the luggage store, then he told me to speake to luggage store man. I spoke to him and he said ok bring the luggage and my train was after 3 hrs!! I went to the luggage store then he change his mind !! and told me I cant leave my luggage even if I will check in after 2 night!! What!! And konw one helped me in the hotel even the manager I spoke to!! Shame on them !!يعني لو تسوي الجيك اوت وتقولهم عندي جيك ان بعد يومين مايخلونك تخزن جناطك عندهم بالمخزن !! شنو الهدف من المخزن للشنط؟؟ وانا برجع عندهم بعد يومين والموظف يكذب يقول انا ماقلتلها شالمستوى اللي اهما فيه

Excellent location

Generally nice but not very welcoming. Staff sometimes rude because of my young age and lower budget

Location.

Lobby is on first floor, very inconvenient for people with walking problem and luggage. The 4 star hotel does not allow overnight storage of luggage.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The rooms are old, tatty and not up to 4* standard.

The only one thing that I did nt like is that they give you the room when you arrive suppose at 11.00 and they gave it to us at 4.00 but when its time to check out from the room you have to be accurate on time

The location was excellent, very near also to an underground and within walking distance to Oxford, Regent, Bond street, as well as Hyde Park and also Kightsbridge and the Natural History and the Science Museum. Overall, I recommend this hotel and intend to stay there again.

The decor was very dated, furniture stained, towels worn and thin, no valance on the bed to name a few. Unfortunately when we ordered room service the meals that arrived did not reflect the description on the menu which was quite disappointing I probably would not stay there again

Comfortable and Good Quality Furniture

Room and Decor looked "Tired" and a little "Shabby" for the price paid. The Fixtures and Fittings were high quality in their day.but now some of the room needed updating (Bath Panel rotten and hanging off for example.

It was over all Good and friendly,we felt warm welcome from reception point till we reached our room. It has a very live lounge always busy and a lot of people are there drinking , chatting , waiting.....etc..... A/C was not working properly (only cooling) which made us to change our room Security is excellent

I booked one dblb but I got one twin room ........ We are Mr & Mrs ........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
