אהבתי את האווירה במלון, המיקום המצוין, ארוחת הבוקר טעימה.

את ארוחת הבוקר שילמתי בנוסף למחיר הכללי! ביחד זה לא זול!!!!

1.ניקיון וסידור חדר לא מתחיל לפני שעה 15:00 2.הקבלה- למרות ההזמנה מספר ימים מראש החדר שהוזמן לא היה מוכן

מיקום. גודל החדר.

תאורה חלשה בחדרים. תקנון קשוח שלא מאפשר לשהות בחדר עוד זמן מה אחרי צק אאוט, למרות שהמלון לא בתפוסה מלאה, אלא עם תוספת סכום של 20 ליטש לשעה!!!

Marble arch isn't a good tube station the central line is the only option and theres 2 sets of stairs. Next time I will find a place near a stop with a few more options. Also found the thistle very pricey for what you got band some of the staff were quiet grumpy.

Refurbished Room 228.warmth and hospitality on Executive Lounge staff part.wifi.

Bed was too hard.hotmeal at lounge breakfast too restricted in terms of choice.

rooms were small & smelled old & fusty. Beds were uncomfortable with springs sticking up. very expensive

The excellent friendly barman from Monaco sorry can't remember his name. ..

The shower surround which leaked all over the floor and the prices in the bar were shockingly expensive and we weren't the only ones who noticed this., some guy asked for a recount after his 2xlarge g & t's came to 28 quid!!!

Convenience of location. Check out time of 12h00.

I don't like the price ,it was expensive & furnature needs renewal

The food was amazing.

The decor was awful, with mould and damp in the corners of the room. The over use of black gafa tape on the floors to hide cracks was terrible. Apart from the food I was bit impressed at all.

Rooms on the street so noisy

Position within London is excellent, facilities all very good. Variety of food at breakfast was good.

Staff were often unable to keep the food supply up to the number of people wanting to eat breakfast at the time. Many empty food trays when we went to select breakfast. The main issue I have is a concern for the safety of guests in the event of a fire. On the first morning there was a fire alarm which sounded in the lobby and an evacuation process was immediately put into effect. This turned out to be a false alarm fortunately, however when I returned to my room on the 7th floor, my wife was totally unaware that there had ever been any incident. When I questioned a friend on the 6th floor if they were aware of the fire alarm, they too were unaware. It appears that at least the 6th& 7th floors fire alarms are not working at all and quite possibly others. I did report this situation to the hotel management but on asking the question if anything was done about this situation when we checked out, no one knew anything about it, which suggests to me that the statis quo still remains.

Room was a good size and beds comfortable and clean.

Room bit dated and couldn't see what was worth the extra we paid for an upgrade to a superior room as it seemed very standard quality to me.

location - close to tube and Oxford St, reliable wi-fi, staff were friendly but not always helpful, Standard Twin Room was comfortable size

fuses were blown almost every day (we only had the tv, cell charger, and kettle on) and we waited 30-60 mins each time for maintenance to fix, heater was too loud to keep on while sleeping, housekeeping did not usually answer the phone - had to call front desk or operator, rooms are old and dusty, bathtub glass was dirty, our room was at the opposite side of the building from the elevator

Location was ideal for me coupled with the wonderful comfortable bed!!

My executive room overlooked the ventilation system for the hotel. At £250.00per night a view over Oxford street should have been offered....

Fabulous location. Friendly staff on this visit. Late check out with Gold card on Sunday.

More acknowledgment should be made of gold card and frequency of stay.
