closeness to shopping at oxford,restaurants on James st. hotel requires a lot of maintenance...bathrooms door do not close properly,water taps are out of their service life,some bathrooms still have separate taps for cold and hot water. |

Clean, spacious rooms. Location. Didn't take account of request for extra bed in room. Only sorted out after some discussion. Staff were a little abrupt generally. |

It was very busy but even so the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, restaurant, bar and cafe facilities good and room service very quick. The location ideal for my purpose and the hotel had various restaurants and pubs nearby all within walking distance. Booking in and out of the hotel was very easy too. All in all the hotel was very good value for money. |

The cleaness of the room, the comforted bed and on top of all the executive lounge which was provided with the room was excellent . Also the friendly staff were great no , put if they provide a slippers in the rooms. |
