Localização (pela facilidade de acesso ao coração da grande área comercial do Centro de Londres, a pé ou em transportes públicos), sossego e insonorização dos quartos, razoável oferta de locais para comer na vizinhança, espaço e conforto no quarto onde fiquei (323?), bom quarto de banho

Desde os anos 70/80 que conheço as instalações deste Hotel, no tempo do Mont Royal (?), e foi para mim uma surpresa encontrá-lo agora com outro nome, mantendo o que eu julgo serem as mesmas instalações.Uma renovação das mesmas, que se impõem, levará obrigatoriamente a um aumento das tarifas, o que possivelmente me impediria de continuar a ser V. cliente.

No parking, but it is central London, and check-out too early!

Room cleaning was of a poor standard and the cleaning staff hastled the occupants on each day.

Breakfast was well below the standard I would expect from this class of hotel, and food and drink was very expensive.

The location was great. Close to tube station and easy to travel all over London for site seeing and shopping. The Hotel was right on Oxford street and was very plush. The left luggage facility was very useful. Although we had to book out by 1100hrs we didn't leave London until 1900hrs and left the luggage at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and linen clean.

Althought the room was lovely and on the eighth floor my partner found it hard to sleep because of the noise and volume of traffic through most of the night. The room looked down onto Oxford street. If we had been on the other side of the building it may have been quieter. I had a bath before bed each night and found that the water system made a noise above us in the ceiling for about half an...

This was my third time when I stay in Thistle Marble Arch hotel.The most important thing why I decide this hotel is location.

I like the location, right in the centre of shopping district.

None really. The only thing I was not happy about was that upon check-in, I specifically requested a room close to the elevator because of my weak knee but was given a room right at the end of the long corridor without warning me in advance.

The bed was not a real bed. The base was like a camping bed and the mattress very thin and very hard. The pillows were very hard. The room was old when your advert is for modern art deco refurbished rooms. Your ad is therefore completely misleading. The phone numbers given by yourselves are also all wrong and belong to another hotel in Scotland!
