Location. Price of room.
Paying a lot extra for parking
The food in the restraunt was excellent but a bit pricey.
Our checkout was at 12pm but the maid walked into our room at 11.20am just as we were getting ready. I didn't like this as we could have been in our underwear etc.
The whole stay was just first class!

Wifi was very slow, but phone and gsm was good so used that instead.
location was perfect, had fresh bedding every day
wasn't aloud to bring family guests back to hotel for a drink.
Staff that are alive to their responsibility
It was only a couple minutes walk away from everything we possibly needed Overnight receptionist was very helpful.
There were road works outside the front of the hotel that woke us really early. It was so noisy. There was a set of ear plugs in the room but only one pair so not much help and they didnt even work. Also one of the housekeeping staff came into our room 3 times while we were sleeping. She knocked once. The other two times she came into the room without warning. This was hours before check out so dont understand the urgency to clean our room and constantly.
Price, breakfast, attitude of staff.
The room was an inside room with no view and was very dark. Bar had no atmosphere.
The helpful staff, comfortable room, lovely public areas good breakfast
The location, room and facilities were great.
The television in the room was very temperamental. The windows needs WD40 as were stiff and hard to close so made night sleep abit difficult when noisy outside.
The location is very good.
Had to pay for parking! No air con, the hotel was very warm! We were given the smallest room after I did a group booking and it was my Birthday! Why give the birthday girl the smallest room?!!!
Staff and location
Uncomfortable beds. Look at Premier Inn their beds are fantastic
Size of bed - the double was very small! Room was old and not well maintained Bathroom was very basic No air con
excellent location and comfortable bed.
poor WiFi connection
Location - directly opposite the central railway station and easy to access the city centre Cleanliness - the hotel was really clean Breakfast - lovely choice of full or continental breakfast and very good service
All the staff were really nice and helpful but there wasn't much smiling.
convenience and quality
could be noisy from street level at weekends particularily
Location, helpful staff and relaxed environment.
A very central location, directly opposite the train station, near all the bars and clubs and only a 10 minute walk to Quayside. A very well decorated reception / lobby and a good quality breakfast was served.
Rooms seemed a little 'average' after walking into the reception lobby area. But nothing more than to be expected for a 3 star hotel at a reasonable price.
Comfortable. Nice rooms, quiet, kept very clean and friendly staff
Breakfast was dry and not that tastey, even for a buffet and a 10 er each extra was just not worth it....value for money om the breaky buffet was shocking. Should have gone to wetherspoons round the corner and saved 6 quid and got much more tasty food.
Dated rooms. Stale smell in corridors.
Room very nice for me and my 16 year old daughter 2 double beds so no fighting over who had what bed we had room service and the food was very nice although doubt my steak and ale pie was homemade staff very helpful
Couldn't open one of the windows and the room was very stuffy mentioned it to staff who promptly got somebody to try and open it but failed they didn't have another twin room but offered me a fan which I ended up keeping on all night which in turn due to the noise made me have a disturbed nights sleep would have liked to have been offered a different type of room even if had of meant a goodwill gesture of an upgrade as I was shattered the following day
Central location and good price.
