The city centre location and the relatively quiet atmosphere. Ease of registration and check out. Car parking charge. Ridiculously over priced breakfast charge. |

Location is excellent, worth upgrading to sea view room, lounge furniture in room made it easy to relax lack of wi-fi access, small bed, bathroom needs refit, hotel generally would benefit from some modernisation |

Comfortable and warm. Friendly. Well situated. That when the hotel is virtually empty they still charge a 20pounds supplement for a seaview. Room cleaning had to be requested. No water left in the room. |

I liked the central location for the quay and the quietness at night. The room had great views of the Poole basin and Brownsea Island I did not like the fact that there was never anybody on the reception desk and had to wait for someone to arrive from the back rooms having had to go behind the reception desk to a door and shout for assistance. There was no bell to ring for assistance. Every thing else was good but the hotel is let down by poor reception service. |

Only the breakfast. Lots. The hotel is run down. We were told our rate of £115 did not include breakfast. Given the poor standard of the room, this was certainly not value for money. |

The view at breakfast. Very poor standard even for a buget hotel. Not anywhere as good as a Pemier Inn. All it has going for it is the view! |

To be close to the sea and amenities but in a fairly quiet location. The Receptionist was condescending when asked if we had a sea view, she said 'Not on the rate you're paying'. Did not feel very comfortable. |

The hotel is in an excellent position and convenient for the town without using our car.I Cannot recommend the hotel because of maintenance faults which should have been dealt with pronto. The staff were helpful at all times. I regret to say that the first room we were offered 201 had a window that is in very poor condition and could not be closed. As anair conditioning plant was just below the window we could not see ourselves having a good night's sleep. Your staff put us in room 21 on the ground floor which was some distance from the plant and we were ok for our three night stay.however even this room's window was in poor condition and needs replacementlike the one in room201.We felt sorry for thestaff who have to allocate to guests rooms that are not up to scratch! We were left with a feeling that a good deal of work needs to be done to bring the hotel up to standard or to rebuild on this wonderful site. |

Well appointed room with comfortable bed and liked additional sofa. Clean bathroom and toiletries nice touch. Even with window open room was extremely warm and stifling. Tea didn't taste very pleasant. Maybe something to do with brand of milk! |

Absolutely nothing l was really disappointed we almost left comparing to Thirstle in Brighton it was like a different hotel it should not be using the name Thirstle comparing to all Thirstle hotels. The rooms were old fashioned and the carpets in the rooms and corridors needs changing |

Close to the water and the ferries to Brownsea Island. For some reason the room smelled like an old man's suitcase. |

The room was very clean and comfortable and the dinner in the hotel was most enjoyable with a lovely view of the harbour. After spending a considerable amount of money on dinner for two and a room I was annoyed at having to pay for the convenience of parking my car i n your car park which was necessary for me to stay in your hotel. |

The beds were comfortable and clean, and the bathrom was okay Cannot beleive you have this hotel on your list at the rate of £110.00 per night, when the hotel is quite dated, verry tatty in places, staff behind the bar with no personality, no atmosphere in the bar, the toaster kept tripping out in the mornings at breakfast, the wallpaper hanging off in the bedroom and the dressing table was filthy. Overall a lot of money for not a very nice place to stay |

Superbly situated, Premier Inn Poole Centre (Holes Bay) is a brief walk to the town centre and Poole Train Station, providing the ideal base from which to explore the area. |
This family-run, comfortable AA 2-star hotel is probably the town's friendliest. |
The hotel has a quiet location, looking out over the trees and the slopes of Alum Chine to the bay. It has free Wi-Fi, free parking, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a spa bath and heated indoor and outdoor pools. |
This modern hotel is in Poole town centre and has a restaurant, a bar and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen Freeview TVs. Free parking and continental buffet breakfasts are included. |
