Very good location at reasonable rates. I did not appreciate having to pay for the hotel carpark, if I had known this previously I would have booked elsewhere as it bumped up the price of our stay. Also the bar in the hotel closed early & we were unable to get a late drink.

Excellent location. Good value for money, and nothing that was not to an appropriate standard. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for our event, staff most helpful Car park charges. Also breakfast over-priced - got excellent sandwiches and orange juice from Tesco Express at a fraction of the cost

Plenty of easy parking. Nice quiet location on the edge of the town. Bar prices are good. While hotel is very clean Parking price for 7 night stay (I know you have no control). Price for food, very little for not a lot of it. I find you pay for looks and not a full a satisfied stomach. Televisons on the stand can not be seen when lying in bed and should be wall mounted for easy viewing. Hard pillows on the bed left my neck sore.

Great location on the edge of Poole Quay, close to local old town shops and resteraunts. Freindly reception stafff clean large room with sea view. What the website does not explain is that you pay £5 per night to use the hotel carpark, bar nore like a conference room little atmosphere, no leisure facilities.

It is in a good location next to the harbour, quiet location A bit expensive for a standard hotel, had to pay for parking next to the hotel and wifi so with the cost of the room we felt it was not good value

I was staying for a weekend only. I would have been disappointed if I had booked for a weeks holiday. The overall impression I came away with was that the hotel was an upmarket travel lodge. There was nothing that gave a welcoming or personal feeling. The receptionist was very off hand and I witnessed her being rude to other guests. I was also cross that I had to pay an additional parking charge at £5 per night.

Our room was at the front of the hotel with a wonderful view over Poole harbour. The design of the room made the most of this, with comfortable seating and a table by the window. The room was bright, fairly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for two. Breakfast choice was excellent and food of a high standard. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The position of the hotel on the seafront was ideal, with the bustle and interest of Poole Quay just outside the door. Loved it and hope to return for another stay.

"Middle age" in the room, unfortunately the price rises if you want a room with view on sea.

Location is excellent and in previous years price has been good value. Hotel is looking shabby, chairs in dining room broken, some fixings in bathroom. Food orders were incorrect. Manager was dismissive although reception staff were good and wanted to deal with issues.

Good location. Lovely view from restaurant. TV and bathrooms could do with updating. Stayed for 3 nights. On the first 2 mornings the breakfast service was good however on the third morning of 29th December the service was terrible. Long wait for everything and all orders mixed up. The girl kept coming out of the kitchen with orders and giving them to the wrong people! Fawlty Tower-esque!

We stayed for the Christmas holiday and the staff were very welcoming and the food was very good. Our bedroom had a wonderful view of the harbour and was most comfortable with all the things that we needed. The dining room has a wonderful position with a superb view and the staff were first-class. Nothing at all - apart from having to pay rather a lot to park your car.

The views from the bedroom window were wonderful. The hotel has deteriorated since we last stayed 2 yrs ago. No net curtains at window, no doors on the wardrobe, chip in the enamel in the bath, black marks on grouting in bathroom. No evening meals available in hotel as weddings taking place in restaurant.
