駅やショッピングモールに近くロケーションは良い。室内設備は日本のホテルに比べると冷蔵庫がないなど物足- りない点はあるが、特に不自由はなかった。スタッフの対応も親切で良かった。 インターネットの接続が出来なかった。 |

Nice hotel, good clean room which was well equipped and presented. Nice and central to Swindon, so access was easy to the town centre and rail links. |

Only the central location. Although the hotel has had a minor facelift it is still very dated and shabby in places. Restuarant was cold and food very average. |

Room was fine and bed nice and big. Breakfast was adequate and tasty. Room was cold when we arrived and radiator did not appear to be working. There was a draft and wind noise coming from a trunking shaft behind a door in the room. It was a windy night. After complaining the following day the maintenance engineer fixed the radiator and made a note of the problem with the trunking shaft. |

Position Our meals were not good. At dinner the mushy peas and the mushroom risotto were very dry. At breakfast the eggs were undercooked, the bacon dry and hard and the hash browns microwaved to oblivion. |

the bed was very comfortable The young lady at reception was not very informative. I had to ask three times before I got an explanation on how and where to park. Somebody else at reception actually explained to me in full before I understood what to do. It was like talking to a teenager who was asked to look after the reception for five minutes while the correct person went to the loo! The room smelt damp too. |

The friendliness of the staff and of our welcome upon arriving. We loved the decor of our bedroom and other areas of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. We loved the easy access to the shopping centre.We would certainly recommend your hotel to our friends should they be in your area at any time. |

Excellent value for money, room was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed plus more. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend. Buffet breakfast did not have a fantastic selection. Room service was expensive. No car park attached to the hotel, had to use a multi-storey car park down a back alley about five mins away. Costs £5 for one night's parking. |

Room was dirty and small. Shover did not work properly. Breakfast was poor. Absolutely too expensive compared to quality. It was classified to be 4 star in website but it is definetely more at 2 star level. |

The reception staff were friendly lovely and helpful. In the morning of our stay our hotel phone kept one ringing. It did this about 4 times. We wondered if it was the breakfast staff to make sure we didnt come down late so they could clear up, we wont know this for sure because you cant find out who rang the room. On arrival there was a few pubic hairs in our bath, which isnt good enough. Apart from that the room was spotless. |

Parking only available in a multi storey car park. Hot water system broke down therefore no hot water for 1 night & 1 morning. I reported this at 1700 hours & nothing was done until several hours later & so fault not rectified until late the following day |
