Service and location
stairwell access, cleanliness of bathroom, tired decore
River side and dock location next to Tower Bridge and Tower. Convenient for City and for venturing down river to Greenwich.
There was nothing we didn't like.
As it was our anniversary we were offered a bottle of wine on arrival. Very nice thought.
Long wait at checkin
Great venue, ideally situated for getting around. Great places to eat near by, St Katherine's dock, Butlers wharf etc. Thames Clippers only a few minutes walk away. Hotel itself clean, staff friendly. Very comfortable.
Checking in was a little laboured, probably due to a large influx of customers
The hotel is close to one attraction in London - Staff is friendly -
its far from city centers - poor mini bars- they run out of food at the hotel - poor value for money- staff is not very knowledgeable of all methods of payments-
Location and view out on to Tower Bridge
Hotel is horribly dated inside and out and has far, far too many rooms for its other facilities. I have stayed in many hotels and never have I had to queue for breakfast before - the line was snaking way back into reception on Sunday morning. Premier Inn could do better. Staff were pleasant enough and our room was okay and serviced well, but this is a hotel that needs a radical rethink - it just doesn't cut it as a modern 4-star property.
Concierge incredibly helpful & polite - they called us before our stay to assist with travel etc and kept our bags secure for the day after our stay while we went sightseeing! EXCELLENT location with fantastic views and very comfortable and clean rooms.
Although very well decorated, I would suggest the building is feeling a little dated- did not detract from our stay however.
Staff were exceptional, it was clean and we had a great view from our room. It was a great location for what we had planned to do in London. Breakfast was pretty yum too!
The public transport was what let us down. There were many tourists coming to see the Poppies at the Tower of London - but many of the tube stations were closed due to works. The queues for the buses were horrendous so we spent a fortune on taxis getting us around.
I was blown away by the view not only from my room but also the bar downstairs. You literally looked straight at Tower Bridge and the Shard. Perfect location and excellent hotel. Will definitely be back!
Excellent hotel next to Tower Bridge. Easy access to the Tower to view the Poppies.
The room overlooked Tower Bridge, was clean and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, from the concierge through reception and in the bars and brasserie. This is a great location for exploring the Tower of London and easy access to river taxis to see the London eye etc. St Katherine's marina lies just behind the hotel and is a nice evening stroll with restaurants etc.
Stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be excellent in terms of location. The check in was very quick with a friendly member of staff offering us a choice of available rooms, we chose one on the 3rd floor with an excellent view of Tower Bridge. A nice enough room although a tad on the small size but we were not there to stay in the room all day just somewhere to sleep, it had all the usual extras such as iron and board, tea making facilities, big enough bathroom with a good shower into the bath, safe, aircon, hairdryer and enough wardrobe space for the weekend. The whole hotel was kept very clean and tidy and all the staff were very helpful when needed. The location is excellent for visiting the Tower of London and with bus and tube lines to other attractions nearby, we got the bus to Covent Garden which takes about 25 minutes, there is also a pier directly in front of the hotel for riverboat trips. I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again
A member of staff came to our room without knocking not apolozicing and ran off to the stairway when i went to the door even though she saw i came out . Very strange and uncomfortable. I reported to the reception but they just said they are sorry.
Everything. The hotel was grand on a big scale and we felt so happy where it was near the Tower Bridge. Excellent location and lovely and clean, friendly staff and felt safe there. Definitely stay there again
good location and views
bathroom was tatty. mold on tiles and shower glass. bath has seen better days with rusty plug hole
The location is good plenty of shop an eating place's.lots to do if u don't want to go into center of London.s
The size of the room . It could have done with table an chairs . Ok if u only staying one night ,or your young an out all day. Should be like your twin rooms for over 50s.
Hotel staff extremely helpful -speedy service at check in/ out. Exceptionally clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Great choice at breakfast.
Leaving an oasis of calm.
Location, Xi bar
Very crowded breakfast slow lift service
Great position by Tower Bridge, St Katherine Docks and Tower of London. Car Parking on site though limited to 80 spaces. Didn't eat in hotel so can't comment on restaurants or bar. Helpful staff.
Building starting to look tatty on the outside though inside is fine. Rooms a tad pricey especially those with Bridge view.
Location was excellent and very easy to find, tube was very close and major attractions out you window. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very much enjoyed our stay.
a two persons room, with the bed against a wall.
Location superb. Bar & cafe offer fabulous views of the tower Bridge. Quiet room. Had everything expected to sleep overnight, altho decor was tired and could use a revamp.
Windows offer amazing views if your 6ft tall and can see out of them!
