The Hotel staff were very helpful and I'm sure if they are like this for people who are tourists this would be very helpful.
The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, welcoming and smartly turned out. Overall the hotel was an great choice for a weekend stay, both quiet and relaxing, whilst being close to some major attractions!
The queue for the breakfast could have been managed better. There did not seem to be any communication between the restaurants so people were being sent from one to another to join a longer queue!
The Welcome. The Room The Helpful Staff. The food in the bistro. The comfortable bed. The efficient service.
Under 50? not a tourist? then dont bother. Jammed lifts, 40 minute lines to breakfast and old women moaning about everyone and everything make for a pretty terrible stay. I especially liked the tourists and the old couple who pushed my month old sons buggy out of the way to get in a lift first. met by rude staff who really wanted to be out in the sunshine and not serving endless crowds of people.
Staff were exceptional - always attentive & helpful Position unrivalled
Breakfast was poor for a hotel of this standard
We booked Excutive rooms enabling us to also use the Excutive lounge. Which 2 did over the weekend. We came as a group of friends for a birthday weekend, had an amazing time and will definitely return again. Hotel staff very attentive. Rooms spotless like you were the first person to ever use it. Breakfast buffet in the excutive lounge amazing (more than we expected) and all in included in our deal! We certainly got value for money. Absolutely fantastic location with views of the bridge beautiful at night from the bar.
Expect London prices in the hotel bar. Obviously your paying for the fantastic location. (but pricey.)
The bedroom was very nice with a amazing view of the london bridge.
Their was no movie channels on the tv
Excellent service , spacious comfortable , spotless room with wonderful views. helpful courteous staff and good food
nothing to dislike
Excellent location - Tower of London and Tower Bridge on one side and St Katherines dock on the other. Views from bedroom amazing. Plenty to see and do and lots of places to eat and drink. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast with the view of St Katherines Dock.
Outside of hotel looks like a council carpark - thankfully inside is lovely. Bathroom quite small. Would have liked to be able to open a window.
Great location and hotel good standard. Fantastic buffet breakfast and wonderful view from hotel window of Tower Bridge
Nothing to dislike, only small niggle was that no bedside cabinet next to one of the twin beds so had to put glass of water, clock etc on the floor and I thought that no tea making facilities as didn't realise they were in a drawer!
Checked in very late after an evening in the City, unaware that the hotel was very busy I unwittingly recieved an upgrade to a seventh floor suite. Unexpected but very nice indeed... And made the rate I paid look very, very good value.
Nothing, considering the room rate and upgrade to a suite.
Amazing location, staff so friendly !
Rooms were a bit hot even with the air con .. Fridge didn't work
The location was excellent. This was a birthday treat for my fiance and he was gobsmacked at the location. The staff were helpful, professional and welcoming. As we arrived early we was able to leave our bags at the hotel and sightsee for the rest of the day.
We had arrived early (between 10-11am) our room wasnt ready but we thoght we would ask. We were advised that they had noted we had arrived so when our double room was available it would be allocated to us. This did not happen. We came back from sightseeing (around 6ish) and advised our double room was not available only a twin. This was resolved in the end by the staff to our satisfaction but it did put a dampner on a gret day.
The beautiful view. It was scenic. A recipe for a good night's sleep. The location was also excellent.
Can't think of anything really.
Location on the river and adjacent to Tower Bridge. The club lounge facilities for executive rooms and free parking.
Receiving a phone call one and half days before arriving to say they were cancelling us.
Location was excellent
The room was very small and the decor very tired dated and worn.
Lovely hotel, really nice views from both sides. Parking was excellent no trouble what so ever to park.
The electricity went off both afternoon/ evenings we stayed there. One of our rooms looked as though it had sludge in the bath from the Thames both days.
Position/area Views Access to great things to see Staff friendliness and helpfulness Rooms - clean and well-equipped Very quiet at night for London hotel
Very slow bar staff Breakfast a bit of a scrum
The location, price, and staff were excellent. Enjoyed my stay greatly!
Room seemed a bit small at first...used to being in Florida however got over this,as we were always out and the staff made the difference.....also being busy all day was so nice to come back and go to the back of the hotel for chill out time! Well done to all at this FAB hotel...will be back with my extended family! xx
Staff, facilities and location were very good and the view from our room was amazing.
Drinks were very expensive although I know we were in London they were pricey all the same.
Location overlooking tower bridge and St Katherine's Dock was excellent. Asked directions and spoke to a very helpful man.
Always a queue for the lifts. We were able to walk but I can imagine it could cause problems for older people.
Room & the view Staff on arrival - excellent
Possibly not enough parking Maybe have an earlier check-in
