the location, the bed was very comfortable and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was lovely.
the heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work, and there was some mould on the bath seal.
Excellent location with view of river and Tower Bridge. Pleasant room with good facilities and comfortable bed. Staff all pleasant and helpful Good breakfast
In-house restaurant (brasserie) rather expensive for what is provided. Picture quality on TV a little fuzzy and no sports channels. Wifi awkward to log into Long delays for lift on occasions
The village feel right outside the hotel and on the waterfront. Welcoming staff, who even sent a bottle of wine to our room as it was our Ruby wedding anniversary, courtesy of the hotel. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Location The staff gave us a free bottle of wine for a birthday View!
The drinks from the bar were expensive and not very nice. Quite a long walk from the nearest tube station. There was a wedding the night we were staying and the music was very loud!
small and pokey room tired decor and towels very crowded breakfast room - difficult to navigate through attempt to cancel room at short notice
There was no breakfast order form in the room for room service. We requested one at the front desk and were told that one would be sent up. We waited up until gone midnight but it didn't arrive. This was really disappointing as we had been really looking forward to Breakfast in bed. A very rare treat indeed these days.
We did upgrade to a room with a view - and we weren't disappointed. Tower Bridge right outside and Thames in front of us. 8th floor - great views. Good size twin room
Decor bit out of date and a bit tired looking - but room size was very good
Location is amazing, wonderful view of London Bridge outside my window. Staff are a real credit, they cannot do enough to help, nothing is too much trouble and the Reception Team in particular are friendly and helpful.
Bedroom I was in was old and in need of a refurb.
