The third room which I was allocated.Even though I paid for an upgrade the air conditioning failed to function in the first two rooms. Very limited choice of tv channels and no free Wifi in bedrooms or public areas. |

Close proximity to Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Tower Hill Station, Leadenhall Street & Fenchurch. The air conditioner was not at all working all the 3 days I stayed. I had to adjust using table fans. This made me feel not value for money. |

The location of the Guoman Tower was ideal for sightseeing next to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London, and with the London Tower Hill tube station a short 5-minute walk away. I had to attend training near the Bank of London, which was only a 20-25 minute walk from the hotel. The English breakfast was tasty, but overpriced and there was no day-to-day variety. The weather was in the high 70s and low 80s during our stay, and the room air conditioning was insufficient to keep the room cool. Further none of the guest ice machines on any of the floors were in operation. When we asked room service for ice, they would only bring up a small bowl full, not even enough to fill the standard ice bucket. |

The hotel was convenient to the tube station, was close to the Thames walk, Tower of London, had lots of restaurants/bars nearby and a lovely view over Tower Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was lovely, modern clean rooms and a huge bright and airy reception area. I would recommend this hotel for anyone in London on a city break or for business, as it was easily accessible from public transport. |

It's clean and efficient, and, for us was very good value. But its location, near tube station and adjacent to the river and to St Katherine dock, was ideal for both business and relaxation. £18 for breakfast is silly. |

The view of Tower Bridge The carpet was worn and poorly fitted around the edges. The bathroom flooded on occasion, the furtniture was worn. the room services or extra s were not exisitant. Noise from adjacent rooms was loud (i.e the dividing walls was not sufienct sound proofed, you could here a pin drop) |

Great location I had to pay £60 to upgrade room as the one allocated was really shabby and not worth the £149 so in all I paid £209 for what I think was a very nice standard room. We did speak to the Manager who has said we will get a free upgrade if we stay again. |

The cleaniness and friendly staff were great and always ready to help with any thing. I do not think that you could get a bad view from the hotel, I have now stayed there twice and the views are brilliant. Not being a tea drinker, there were not many coffee sachets! One each. |

I like the Hotel and the position The price! They used to do much better weekend deals but prices seem to have gone up despite the "credit crunch". Previous weekend rate was £100 per night for two people including VAT and full breakfast. Might look elsewhere in future if prices do not come down. |

A centrally based hotel for sightseeing in the city. Initially there was no availability in the hotel. By the time we arrived and checked in we could have a choice of rooms/views upgrade all at an extra cost. We paid for an upgrade, asked if breakfast could be included, told no as it was a seperate facility. Learnt others were given it. |

Close to the venue we were attenting, onsite parking and a smoking room available I did not consider the room we stayed in to be deluxe, not even a shower cap in the bathroom! Had to skip breakfast as the queue was so long couldn't aford the time to wait. |

Good location, prices reasonable by London standards, good consistent level of service. Needs some remodelling - common areas are OK. |
